I have been taking these for 4 months. I have pcos and this has made my monthly consistent and has made my mood a lot better i also have improved on my sleep . Definitely recommend you try this for pcos stability. Dont rush it give it 2 month before the results are consistent. Easy to swallow, no bad taste. Works as expected if not more then expected

This product does everything it says I have unbound this hormones. My cycle is normally up and down with the schedule since I’ve been taking these my cycle has come regularly, these capsules is easy to take no taste easy on the system and I would say definitely worth trying. I will buy them again and again and again.

I've been having premenopausal symptoms for years now (I'm 38) and I've been tested for everything in the books and everything pops out "normal" (sounds familiar?? Ughh) which is frustrating because I kept having crazy inexplicable weight gain (I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach so I'm no amateur to fitness and nutrition) breasts swollen and feeling extremely tired. Add endless stomach issues to the equation and constant constipation that made me miserable (and I eat enough fiber and drink lots of water). I tried dim supplements (high doses) in the past but I think they messed up my body so stopped. I decided to try this one -which is a blend- because my self image has always been extremely important to me and in spite of my hard work and watching my macros, calorie deficit, etc I was seeing no results and started to mess with my mental health.Two weeks in I'm not bloated anymore, no more endless stomach issues, fogginess, etc etc and feeling sooo much better! Starting to fit in my clothes again!I will update if I see anything in the future but so far, so good.

I have PCOS. My ovulation tests before taking this never produced a dark line. I only took this for one month so far and this month my line is DARK. So I am going to say this product definitely does something. The pills are kind of big so I have to take all 3 separately. This also helped with my mood swings and cramps during my menstrual cycle. It’s worth the money for me and can hopefully help give me the child I always wanted.

I wasn’t sure how quickly it would work or if it would work at all I’ve noticed my mood has changed for the better and I have more energy than usual. Way less fatigue than before. It recommends two a day however I started with just two. My only complaint is that it gives me a huge headache. Which I hope goes away after my body gets used to it. Also going to try and break up the doses one in the morning and one in the afternoon to see if that helps. Overall I think it’s worth the money

I never write reviews. Never. I felt this needs to be said and a warning needs to be put out there. This product landed me in urgent care yesterday. I literally almost finished my first bottle and about a week ago I began to have a constant dull pain in my uterine region. The last three days it was unbearable to the point I had to leave my business and go to urgent care. It never occurred to me that this product was the cause. I have never had unusual periods or cramps or any types of female issues. I bought this hoping to help with premenopausal symptoms. Little did I know I actually harmed myself rather than made myself better. The pain was excruciating. I suffer from a small touch of diverticulitis already. I was having a flare-up but the pain on top of my stomach stayed then moved to my pelvic region. I started to panic and went into the drs because I couldn’t even pick up one leg to put my pants on. I thought the diverticulitis and moved to my lower intestine. I got there and they did x-rays. My actual stomach was a little inflamed but my uterine region looked fine. After a series of questioning I told them I had started to take this FLO. I pulled it up on my phone and showed the Dr. instantly two and two started to connect with me. I was prescribed an antispasmodic medication and was told to quit taking FLO. I had not taken it yesterday because I was in so much pain. I haven’t taken them today. With the drug my dr. gave me the pain is starting to go away. It was 100% FLO that caused my symptoms. I just needed to put this warning out there. I will be returning my second bottle that just arrived on authorship.

I have suffered with PCOS my whole life. I can go 6, 9, 10 months without a period sometimes. I have been using this product for 4 months now, and this is what I can honestly say. I have been able to discontinue my birth control, and no longer have to use provera to induce my period. Although I still only get a cycle about every other month, I'll take it over the alternative! It has also really helped with my sugar cravings and my "cortisol belly." I have been so impressed with this product that I brought it with me the last time I had an appt with my obgyn! I highly recommend this product for anybody struggling with the negative side effects of PCOS!
