I’ve been using this supplement for about a week now, and I’m really liking the formula so far. It’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and free from additives or fillers — you can tell it’s made with clean, quality ingredients.The blend offers a great balance between mental clarity, stress management, and overall wellness. I love that it combines adaptogens, nootropics, and essential nutrients designed to promote sustained focus, calm energy, and a better mood — not just a quick jolt of stimulation.It’s also great that the magnesium is in glycinate form (gentle on the stomach) and that L-theanine is dosed meaningfully. So far, I’ve noticed improvements in my sleep and general sense of calm. There’s no aftertaste either.Like with any supplement, patience is key, but this one feels promising and well thought out.

I have been taking Cortisol and Magnesium Glycinate supplements separately for some time to help improve sleep quality. This Super Calm Cortisol combines both of these elements so I thought I would try it.The recommended dosage is 2 capsules, so I began with that, but found I woke up very groggy in the morning. The next few nights I only took one capsule at bedtime and still woke up feeling tired and the grogginess lasts through the morning so something in the relaxation blend listed on the label is too strong for me.If I were not experiencing these affects, I would give it five stars, as it has guaranteed purity through 3rd party lab testing, GMP certification and is a well rounded relaxation supplement, but this formula does not work for me.

I chose to try this in the evening because I frequently have trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. Sometimes I'm so tired I have trouble staying awake when watching TV. I was already taking an evening dose of magnesium glycinate. I decided to try these Super Calm Cortisol Supplements. Starting slowly is what I usually do so I only took one at bedtime. Wow! I didn't wake up until 4:30 AM. I'm usually under the covers by 9:30. So that's 7 hours and that's great for me. I'll certainly make these my go-to. Nothing works well for everyone. But, that said, I'd certainly give these a try. They have all the desired certification on the label and I feel safe taking them.

A great magnesium supplement loaded with ashwagandha amongst other types of mushrooms, all known for their beneficial effects on relaxation and calm feeling.These are made in the US, no additives, fillers and gluten free along with being non gmo. They check all the boxes here. I don't see 3rd party lab tested for purity or levels however.No aftertastes, easy to take, capsules. Great before bed to help with restful nights sleep, keep cortisol in balance and a calm mind throughout the day.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste. It feels thoughtfully formulated with clean, effective ingredients and convenient for daily use. I also appreciate that it is 3rd lab party tested and non-GMO.

This product is mainly a magnesium blend, but it adds many herbal adaptogens, like Ashwagandha, L-Theanine, Lion’s Mane, and more to its formula to help with stress.All in all I think it’s a solid formula with everything working together synergistically.This is a 2-month supply, taking 2 capsules a day. The capsules are normal size and are easy to swallow.As always, talk to your doctor about whether the ingredients in this formula are right for you.

I was researching that cortisol supplements are helpful in this day and age where there's so much business and stress on our bodies. I like that this is natural with magnesium and other vitamins and herbs to support de-stressing without chemicals. I found i sleep better after taking these.
