I really like this. It was a great price. So very easy to use. Just follow the directions and you will have a great cup of coffee or a nice refreshing cold brew. (The cold brew, I add the ice after.)

Only used a few times so far.This is ideal for my Travel Trailer. I am the only one who drinks coffee. In the past, I was using a French Press. The problem was it was too much for one cup and not enough for two.This allows me to use a k-cup like I do at home and only use the 16 ounces that I fill my cup up. I know that the amount is correct. I also have the option to use the coffee I have for the French Press. I like the option to have regular, over ice or even bold.Important: a travel cup fits just right under it.I like the ease of use, and the temperature and strength are just right.

This coffee maker is not worth it, grounds constantly in every cup we brewed . We are returning it. There is no grated tray for drips and it drips so much after brewing. Would not recommend at all.

This coffee maker is really not worth the price. While making coffee in a larger mug, the coffee would splatter because the spout does drip the coffee down but rather everywhere in all directions. I have had to wipe my counter top down after making the coffee to clean up all the mess. Unfortunately, I'm returning after a few days. Also, you need to know exactly how much water to put in the reservoir because there isn't a cup size option. If you add too much water, it will overflow your mug. You have to look carefully at the lines when you add water which is not easy to see because it's on the side, to the back. There are less expensive options with better features. Finally, I feel like mine was returned because as I looked closer, the inside of the k-cup holder was really scratched up inside.
