We have a celiac household member-- recently diagnose so we are switching to 100% gluten free foods in our kitchen. We really needed to find pasta that tasted delicious, held up well, and was safe.. enter Garofalo Gluten Free Casarecce. Our of more than a dozen pasta's we've tried this one is the best. It doesn't get mushy, it honestly cooks like and has the consistency of wheat pasta. It also wont leave you with that overly full feelin ghtat some other pastas do -- I believe that is because of a high starch content of competitors, this product won't cause that issue! It's now part o four staple diet Thank you Garofalo.

This has been the best pasta I have had after being diagnosed with Celiac's disease. Great texture and chew. Does not have the brown rice taste. Best pasta so far. Will buy again, and again, and again. Just wish the price was lower.

This is our favorite gluten free pasta. We love all their shapes and variety. It holds up well in the mix of sauces too. I've tried it as a pasta salad noodle and it also works pretty well. We can reheat it and it still has texture. The flavor is pretty close to a normal pasta without a huge difference. It seems to be in a bit smaller package than I've ordered in the past, but not sure about the weight difference.

We love this pasta. It has a wonderful bite and texture. We had this pasta at a restaurant and they told us the brand. I have been ordering ever since.The cook time is accurate.

Seemed expensive but flavor was good and for once a gluten free pasta could be cooked al dente. Good to undercook a bit and finish off in a sauce that is flavorful. I’d buy it again. Previously swore by Barilla but I prefer this casarecce garafalo!
