I used to struggle with keeping soups and stews warm. A slow cooker wasn't enough, and a regular pot was afraid they'd cool down. This 10.5-quart commercial stockpot completely solved all my problems!The build quality is truly worth the price, and the pot is thick enough. I recently used it to heat up slightly cold milk and soup at a party, and the temperature control was spot-on, preventing any burns. It's both worry-free and reliable, allowing us to focus more on entertaining guests rather than worrying about keeping food warm. However, the only downside is that it can't be used as a kettle; it only heats water slightly between 86°F and 185°F.

Once you adjust the temperature, the thermostat keeps your soup piping hot for a full six hours. At last week's charity sale, our cream of mushroom soup stayed perfectly hot from start to finish, ensuring no more worrying about the soup getting cold and crusty. The stainless steel inner pot is easy to remove and clean; simply rinse it in the sink.
