Construction steps (rubber coating)
1. Clean the surface of the substrate
2. Stir the rubber coating liquid after opening the can to avoid precipitation (do not stir violently to prevent bubbles).
3. Dip the product in the rubber coating liquid or use a brush to apply an appropriate amount of coating, and apply it evenly in a thin layer to avoid excessive thickness causing flow or uneven drying.
4. Drying and curing takes 1-2 hours, and complete curing takes 24 hours
5. If multiple layers are required, make sure that the previous layer is completely dry before applying the next layer (generally 2-3 layers can reach the ideal thickness).
6. Check the integrity of the coating after drying. If there are bubbles or missing coating, you can apply it locally and dry it again.
Removal steps (peeling off the coating)
1. Make sure the coating is completely cured.
2. Use a plastic scraper or fingernail to gently pry up from the edge of the coating to find the separation point.
3. Slowly peel off the coating and try to keep the whole piece peeled off .
4. Clean the substrate to ensure there is no glue.
