I didn’t want to mess with powders or shakes, so he handed me the tub of these watermelon ones. I keep it on the counter near the coffee maker so I don’t forget. The gummies are soft and don’t stick to my teeth. Taste is sweet, kinda like candy but with a little aftertaste. Not bad though. I just chew five and head out to walk or lift light weights in the garage.I don’t notice much yet but my legs feel less sore the next day. Could be the walking or could be the gummies, I’m not sure. I haven’t had any stomach problems from them. No sugar crashes or weird jittery feeling. My wife tried one once but didn’t like the flavor, said it was too strong. So it’s just me taking them for now.It says vegan and all that, but I just care that it doesn’t melt or make a mess in the container. I left it in the truck once and it didn’t turn into a puddle, which I expected it might. That’s good. I don’t know if I’ll keep it going after the tub runs out, depends on how I feel in another month.

I've been trying to increase my intake of Creatine especially as I've been exercising more, so was excited to see these Creatine gummies from Smash! I opted for the Watermelon flavor and was excited when they arrived in less than two days. Each order containers 120 gummies (30 serverings) that come in a large resealable plastic container; while 4 gummies is the recommended serving size, the instructions do note to start with 2-3, especially for those who have never taken Creatine before.In terms of taste, these are some of the better gummy supplements I've tried; they're not too chewy with a pleasantly sweet flavor that is similar to watermelon without any aftertaste or chalkiness. It's been easy to add these to my morning routine; I'll take two on rest days and increase to three gummies on gym/workout days. Over the course of the past week, I've noticed that my muscles have been less sore and fatigued post-workouts and hope to see more improvement with continued use! Also appreciate that these supplements are free of dairy, gluten, wheat, and soy so can be taken by those who have a number of dietary allergies or sensitivities. These are a bit pricey at first glance, but can be spread out for longer and make for a tasty supplement!

Great way to get your creatine! Taste great and seem to work as well as any other creatine supplement. When you’re drinking pre workout, protein, etc, it’s nice to not have to drink your creatine.

I have been trying to add more creatine, but dislike most the powders that never quite dissolve or taste right. Compared to those, these gummies are much better. As gummy supplements go, they are okay. They are chewy and don't taste bad, but the texture is a little different than most gummies. There is also a bit of an aftertaste, but again, I still find these better than a lot of others I have tried. I still gave 4 stars though because I appreciate the ingredients - they actually used normal sugar, which I much prefer to all the sugar alcohols or artificial sweeteners which cause me GI issues. Plus carbs are good for energy as long as you aren't going overboard. It's a large jar, but since 4 gummies is a serving, its still about a month supply, so price wise seems about average in cost.

I’ve been working out more and it was suggested to me to take a creatinine supplement, to combat my mental exhaustion since I work out after work.These gummies are great! They have a sugar coating to prevent sticking, and there is no artificial coloring, even though the gummies are blue. They are also not too sweet, and it’s recommended that you take 3-4 per serving. I don’t take these regularly, but I’ve noticed that when I do, my mind is not as foggy when I work out.Overall, I do recommend these gummies if you want to start on creatinine supplements, and I will continue taking these before my workouts!

You have to take 4 gummies for 5g of creatine (30-day supply)...Gummies are not chewy or soft: they have a gritty texture & very mild taste...Bigger-size container makes it not portable-friendly.

The taste is something that you would have to get used to. The 1st one gives you that sweet and sour taste then the next one gets a little overpowering and then boom that 3rd one is hard to get down. I would recommend possibly taking 2 and then working your way up to 3 or 4. I can't tell if these are helping since I just started taking them. However no weird side effects.

I do not review if it works or not since people are different, and it might work differently on another person. Look at the ingredients and see if it's something you are interested in. I focus on the taste!This was by far the worst vitamin gummy I have ever tasted. It has a bad aftertaste and is bitter to eat. It’s also coated in a weird, but I can only assume is salt. It was awful.
