Powers my RV
Nice compact/lightweight design, lousy reliability and customer support
First, the good stuff: the generator/inverter is packaged nicely and is relatively lightweight. Now the bad stuff. I purchased this generator/inverter in June and fired it up shortly after I received it. Although it was a bit challenging to get started initially, once I got it started, it worked nicely. From that point on, I would run the generator/inverter once a week to ensure it was operational when needed. Everything was going along fine until the first week in September, when the generator/inverter’s gasoline engine stopped working even though it had plenty of fuel and oil. I tried restarting it multiple times on different days, but could not get it to start. I contacted the seller, who asked me to send him pictures of the generator/inverter, which I did. However, I never heard from him again. I have sent him two more messages requesting help, but I have received no reply. I am now looking for a local small engine repair shop where I plan to attempt to get it working at my own expense. The only reason I gave this review one star is because Bolo would not let me give zero stars.

I used this generator for my 7 / 16 cargo trailer.I run an air conditioner t.V and other accessorit works very well
Do not buy
Do not recommend. I see there are other good reviews on this product, but I guess I just got dealt a bad generator. Pulled it out of the box. There were just random parts at the bottom. Looked like it had been taken apart previously. There was damage. Tried to run it. Didn’t start. Checked everything it could be. Had spark, fuel went through the line to the carb. All obvious things that should be checked. Still couldn’t get it to start. Cleaned everything out of it to try and return it and Bolo policy won’t let me return. However I was able to get a refund for this product. The only good thing about this transaction was the customer service. I shouldn’t have had high hopes for a cheap generator. Will not purchase from this brand again.

Works great only have to fill gas 2 times a day of running for 24 hrs only thing is the on and off switch fell off
