I am pleased with this womens multivitamin supplement. I love how this supplement it produced and manufactured. It is created with herbs and real food! That is how I want my vitamins made with real ingredients, no fillers and no artificial ingredients. This contains all the vitamins and minerals I need as I am in my late 40s. I really like that I only have to take 1 capsule. Serving size is 1 capsule and there are 60 capsules in each bottle. They are easy to swallow.Overall I am very please with the vitamin, its ingredients and packaging.

I got this supplement for my mom since she’s over 50 and wanted something more natural. After taking it for about two weeks, she says she feels more energetic and just overall better. She also noticed less stomach discomfort, which I think is from the digestive enzymes and fiber. I like that it’s made from organic whole foods and actually tailored for women her age. Definitely glad I picked this up for her.

As a woman in her 50's, I ordered this product made by Whole Earth and Sea due to the unique blend of vitamins and minerals in this supplement. I appreciate the inclusion of magnesium, turmeric, and biotin as those are some of the nutrients in which I am deficient. I also appreciate that the serving size is just one capsule. This dose allows me to take this supplement on a consistent basis.
