It's a tad on the expensive side, but it tastes so good! Definitely in the top ten of protein powders I've tried. I like the idea of the scoop in the top of the jar so you don't have to go searching for it, but I've had only one issue with a company about that and it's because they forgot to include the scoop. Otherwise, you only go digging for the scoop once, so I think this is just a marketing gimmick.Doesn't mix all that well, and I'm always cleaning bits out of my shaker top when I'm done drinking it. Has a very expensive looking glossy label that I think is not needed unless they only sell it in stores and want it to stand out from the other protein powders. Will have to do more research on the affects of Sucralose on the body, and I do wish companies would go with Stevia more, because there are drinks out there with only Stevia that taste great and if it's a choice between the one with Stevia vs one with Sucralose...

I've generally avoided Ghost protein powders, for no good reason other than that the label looked silly. But I decided to give this blue raspberry flavor a shot just the same. Putting aside my confusion about what exactly the entirely fictitious "blue raspberry" SHOULD taste like, this stuff has been delivering pretty well. The flavor is very bold, and almost candy-like, for better or worse. I won't be reaching for this flavor after every workout, but it's a nice change of pace from the usual vanillas and chocolates. The texture is nice and smooth, and it mixed up well without any caking or graininess. Good stuff!

Clear whey protein isolate powder can be very hit and miss. Some taste great, don't foam much, and mix quickly. Others are almost undrinkable because of how long they take to mix and how much foam is created. Ghost was obviously focused on the mixing and foaming elements and have done a good job with making a product that is pretty quick to mix. It also tastes good and has a nice tartness. They also really cut calories. Only 100 calories for 25 grams of protein is about as good as it gets for a flavored whey isolate. No fat, no sugar, only 1 gram of carbs, and only 10 mg of sodium is also really, really good. There is a cost to the low calories and low foaming, however, namely the inclusion of sucralose, silicone, and acesulfame potassium. How this effects your impression of the product is personal. Some people will not care, others will totally avoid consuming it. I'm in the middle; The "meh" ingredient choices definitely lowers my otherwise very favorable view of this protein powder a little bit.

I really like the taste of this one. It's definitely got that blue raspberry taste (even if blue raspberry doesn't technically exist).I will say it starts out very clumpy. But I just let it sit in the water for a couple minutes and then it'll dissolve completely with some further stirring. I'm a water and spoon person when it comes to these things. But it can definitely be fully dissolved with a bit of patience.It's 100 calories on 25 grams of protein. So you can do the math on that one. Pretty good. Although I guess it could depend on how you feel about artificial sweeteners. Still, zero added calories beyond the protein is pretty impressive.

This protein powder tastes great, if you like Orange Creamsicle flavor. It's on point for what you'd expect it to taste like. It's sweetened with sucralose, which is pretty standard in these flavored powders. The flavor also goes with fruit 🍓 smoothies great.The macros are good, 25g protein for 1g carb and no fat. It's definitely a solid whey powder, and as good as that gets. I'd buy more of this after I run out. It also has a slot for the scoop at the top, so it doesn't get lost in powder, which I appreciate.

I ordered this Ghost protein powder because I liked that it had 90% whey, dense protein mix (25g/scoop) and an unconventional flavor (strawberry, vs the conventional vanilla).I enjoy the taste and I *especially* like how they designed their scoop to stay towards the top, so you're not digging for it and spilling powder all over the counter.But the two main drawbacks are the price (~$2.25/serving) and that it contains sucralose. Given what we've learned about sucralose in recent years (that it damages your DNA, per the National Institute of Health), it would be great if Ghost could move away from using it in their product line.But if you'd like a strawberry-flavored workout powder packed with protein, it's worth a shot.

Excellent flavor. Easy to mix and dissolves quickly. It does foam up while shaking in a shaker cup, but the instructions mention this and you just have to wait a minute for that to go away. You end up with a clear, fruity flavored drink....with protein. I usually consume standard whey protein mixed in milk, and this is much "lighter" on the stomach than that stuff. Clear protein might be my new standard to use.
