Why did you pick this product vs others?:With atleast 3 months of consistent use of these 2 products I can almost guarantee you will never have another UTI ever again. And this is coming from a girl who used to get UTI’s just about every couple months

These are getting the highest rating that I give to supplemental items that I cannot honestly test the efficacy of. I can however note something exceptional about these. First off, I don't watch TV much and I never heard of these before but I do suffer from UTIs apparently every time I go to the doctor for anything... When I showed them to friends they noted that they were aware of the products from some kind of commercials or social media or something... And when I checked out the packaging on the first bottle (defend) and was reading about its role I figured you would take it for 30 days and then start taking the other one perhaps but I really wasn't sure. I was ridiculously impressed when I got inside and read the pamphlet. I mean! Serious personal touches involved in the pamphlet and truly genuine seeming engagement of the manufacturers in the product! Just super impressive. The product is capsules and there's enough of each type (defend and promote) for 30 days and in the pamphlet it notes that you can take them both simultaneously as opposed to completing one process and then beginning the next. Despite it saying it's okay to take them at the same time, I think I am going to do defend on its own for the first 30 days, and then do promote (which is one per day for 15 days). You do have to take two per day for the defend, and then one per day for the promote. I have significant faith that these are going to do what they say they're going to do! And cannot over Express how cool the community vibe and manufacturer vibe is.

I wanted to try this product because I have seen this brand advertised quite frequently on TV and I sometimes have issues with the good bacteria being out of balance. I also read some of the reviews and overall it appears to be a great product. What I didn’t realize is that this is part two and three of a total cleanse. This did not come with the flush which Uqora recommends be taken with part two and three. Part two is supposed to cleanse your biofilm and support your bladder health. I recognized all of the ingredients except for D-Mannose. I looked it up and it is a type of sugar that is supposed to bind to microorganisms and flush them out. Part three is a probiotic combination to maintain healthy bacteria and yeast levels. It also contains something called lactoferrin, which I had not heard of. I looked it up as well and it is supposed to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties as well as other health benefits. You only have to take it for 15 days. I have been taking it for about a week now with no adverse side effects. I don’t really know if I can tell a difference yet but I believe in these ingredients. They also include information guides with each product and these guides contain links to research and other resources. I will update as I continue to use.

This is a pair of products which are 2 of 3 components in a set of supplements geared toward urinary tract health. I am admittedly slightly confused why a company would send two thirds of a kit of products, but nonetheless, this is what I have, so this is what I need to review. I did not receive "Part 1: Flush" but did receive "Parts 2 (and) 3" which are "Defend" and "Protect."The "Part 2: Defend" product claims to be able to break up biofilms and contains #60 capsules dosed at #2 per day - taken consistently. It contains d-mannose as well as a couple extremely common active ingredients including green tea extract, turmeric (standardized), and black pepper (not standardized). I already take all of those active ingredients, so if what they say is true - I probably don't have a biofilm so I cannot comment on effectiveness regarding that particular topic."Part 3: Promote" contains a quantity of #15 capsules dosed at #1 capsule per day for 15 consecutive days. It contains probiotics and lactoferrin (a compound found in colostrum which may improve immune health). I also already take these active ingredients daily - I love lactoferrin specifically.Both products arrived well sealed with all capsules intact. Both products appear manufactured well and contain extremely clear, straightforward dosing instructions. I especially like that these products are designed to be taken in a specific way for a specific amount of time - rather than indefinitely. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not have a strange odor or taste. The specific dosing duration makes the products feel like a potentially bigger "kick" to the "bad" bacteria this product aims to regulate and control. I love that it comes with additional information as well as extensive product support.Ultimately, the ingredients are pretty basic and I feel like I need to buy "Part 1: Flush" to fully get the health benefits of this set, so it loses value for ke that way. I don't personally like when companies only give me a portion if a set when realistically a whole set is designed for the best results. I have had no ill effects from these products but no improvements either. I think it's probably best just to order the whole set if you want to try to reap its full range of potential health benefits.

I have been getting utis often over the last year so decided to try this product. I didn’t read that it was part 2 and 3 so that’s totally on me, not them. They are easy to swallow and no nasty taste or smell. Since using these I have not had a uti, a plus.cant say for sure if it’s from these but it is likely. But look for part 1 .
