The taste is delicious. It tastes like guava. I preferred it with more water than it called for to slightly tone down the sweetness. It was easy to mix and the individual packets make it convenient.

Something that must be on your mind while looking at this could be along these lines, "Well, this says it's a hydration supplement with fuel incentives, infused with tons of maketable research quotas and comes in with just 10 packets... So is it worth it overall?"Let's start with the flavor, the orange guava, it's surprisingly true to form in being quite punchy in terms of flavor delivery. I was honestly kind of surprised as often flavor can be subtle or underwhelming, this was a middle ground for me here, and while not perfect the flavor is pleasant overall. I don't have any issues to report in this respect, which is awesome to see here.It is worthwhile to take note that there are only 10 packets included in a listed price, each packet comes in at 16 oz of recommended cold water usage for proper dilution and intake, I've found personally that the mixture overall dissolves quite well and there are no clumps or abnormalities to make a note of. I've also found that it helps if I split the packet itself up, on a half and half basis, so that I can have some before and after a workout.Performance wise though how does this do overall? This is where for myself it was really subjective and dependent upon what I was doing physically work out wise and how I had personally prepared hydration-wise before. It varied in usage cases depending on some of those outside factors, with that being said, I personally didn't feel a massive resurgence of energy or feeling fueled up. On the flip side though I didn't feel any negative physical symptoms, so at the very least I can support that I have felt more hydrated, but the actual level and sustainment of that I unfortunately cannot test or systematically assess at this time of writing. This is the gray silver line though of many nutritional supplements, it will vary person to person on overall rated effectiveness.I had quite a few of these apprehensive thoughts, mainly because this particular space of nutritional supplements in 2025 is saturated with loads of friendly competition, which for consumers like ourselves is welcomed because theoretically it should streamline the flow and balance of high quality products. It is weird to see marketing slogans such as gluten-free, GMO free and vegan all used interchangeably in this product lineup, this has raised some questionable concerns regarding the chemical composition of the individual ingredients? In terms of the overall value that is presented here though this will entirely be subjected to how you hold and measure this product from momentous against other similar offerings within the space from established name brands.I think it is definitely worth trying though and overall I don't hold any major reservations against it!

Personally, I didn't experience any noticeable energy boost or particular lack of usual exhaustion when consuming this. Credit to the formula, It didn't seem to do any harm for my energy or hydration level and maybe I'm too accustomed to taking products like this and just didn't notice anything particularly different. Therefore the effectiveness is likely comparable to others.Calorie content is one of my complaints. Most of my workout goes to working this off, not worth it, having to work extra hard to work extra hard...Second and lesser complaint is the flavor. Personally all I'm picking up is pineapple and then I burp it up for hours after drinking it. The joy of liquid fart all day long, yummy. If you like the typical tropical flavors, might be just perfect for you, it's just not my thing.

The Momentous Fuel energy and hydration drink mix comes in a box of 10 substantial 1.15 ounce packets. The mix is formulated with palatinose isomaltulose which is a naturally sourced carbohydrate known for having a lower glycemic profile and offering a less sweet taste. One packet contains 280mg of sodium and 27 grams of total/added sugar. One packet dissolved in 16 ounces of cold water is recommended. I used less than half of a packet in cold ice water to try this out. I enjoyed it since it did not taste too sweet and the mild fruity mango flavor was nice- not overpowering. I like that Momentous uses carrots and beets for color. I prefer an electrolyte drink mix unflavored so I can just add my own lemon and limes to flavor it naturally. Natural flavors are not exactly natural, so I wish this was offered without flavoring, in my opinion. This is still a good option for electrolyte replacement during or after a workout. I can always recommend the Momentous company due to them being based in Utah and for their high quality manufacturing and quality control standards.

Honestly, if I had taken the time to read that this product had 27g of added sugar per serving I would not have ordered it. But the listing says "Fuel uses Palatinose—a low glycemic index carbohydrate naturally-derived from beet sugar—to deliver energy efficiently over time without causing sharp blood sugar spikes or crashes. The result is energy that lasts." Something similar is printed on the box. "Specially formulated to provide sustained energy levels during workouts without spiking blood sugar levels." I had my doubts, but after taking my blood sugar levels 30 minutes and 90 minutes after drinking it, sure enough, my blood sugar did not spike. I was actually quite surprised. And it did give me the energy to do the house cleaning I needed to do.While it delivers what it says, the problem for me is with the price which is $3 per serving for the 10 packets you get.That's a lot compared to other drinks out there even if it is a good choice if you want to take it with you because of the convenience of the individual packets.
