I take issue with the one-star review that says this is a flimsy hitch that bent in shipping. You could drop this onto concrete from 20 feet up and it would just crack the concrete. He said it fell off and wouldn't stay on. Maybe he doesn't know how to use a skid steer attachment? They lock in place. Worked fine on my tractor.Obviously this is made in China (or it would cost at least triple the price) but it's made from 5mm steel, nearly 1/4" thick. That's PLENTY thick for the job it's supposed to do. The plates that actually touch the QD mount are thinner, but they are perfectly appropriate for their purpose. It comes with a hitch pin, which is helpful, so you can always keep it with the mount.The welds are fine. The quality of the welds and paint are on par with what I see from local trailer manufacturers, or a little better. There is a review with a few photos... those photos are exactly like the unit I received. If it were any heavier, I wouldn't want to just grab it with my hands and slap it on the bucket mount.This does the job it's supposed to do. With this, I won't have to remove my 3-point implement in order to move a trailer around with my tractor with SSQD bucket attachment. Maybe I wouldn't try to move a whole mobile home with just this, but for crying out loud, what exactly are people expecting? I'd trust this to move anything that has a 2" ball, and a lot of things with a 2-5/16" ball. Anything too heavy for this to move is too heavy to move safely with the front end of a skid steer or tractor front end loader.For the (current) price this is easily worth it and I don't expect it to ever fail under reasonable use.

Bought this for my brother. It came bent. And one of the welds was cracked. Terrible craftsmanship. Welding spatter everywhere. Inconsistent paint. Can't imagine using this to move a heavy trailer when it can't even handle shipping. Not to be rude... but it looks like a high-school kid made it in his garage. The size is misleading. Its giant and heavy. Would never fit in a toolbox as advertised. My brother said he would never use it because its too bulky and huge. Im embarrassed i bought it.

There are not too many piece of equipment for my tractor that I can pick up with one hand or place on a counter without damaging it. This is a great way to add on a receiver for occasional use. Its small so it stores easily. I can lift it with one arm. And it works. I do need to be careful with loading it because i am using it on a smaller tractors (40HP) and it can get tippy even with 800lbs of rim guard in the back tires. Its a bit more expensive that other options but it is very convenient to not have to lug around a huge quick attach plate for a ball receiver. If I needed to move a lot of trailers around regularly, I might opt for something more centrally balanced. For what I need, easy install and storage is more important.

I have a compact track loader and I’m constantly finding new uses for it. I normally use a front loader on a tractor to move trailers around however, I have a very large gooseneck trailer which needs a larger vehicle to safely move it. This is a very quick way to attach a device on a vehicle and easily maneuver it exactly where needed.I found this device to be strong enough to move even my largest gooseneck trailer. Although the welds are not beautiful, they hold. The paint job leaves a little bit to be desired however, it will protect the metal from corroding and is certainly nice enough as a tool.One of the photos shows placing this device in a toolbox. Other than possibly a toolbox mounted to your trailer or the skid steer, I can’t see anyone placing it in a toolbox in the shop certainly too large.So far this has flawlessly, helped me move trailers around my ranch with the compact track loader. It has come in handy several times, and I would order it again.

When this showed up, it was bent from shipping. I had to bend it back to even use it. It was very hard to even get it on the machine. Once we finally did use it, it fell off and wouldnt stay on, then the metal completely tore like fabric the first use. Only moved 1 trailer. All the welds are shoddy, like someone welded this in their garage. Clearly made in China. Wasted my time.

I ordered this for my compact tractor. I wasn’t sure if it would work, but it does. It fits right on my loader quick attach. This thing is substantial. Thick steel, good welds. And the yellow finish was done with uniform coverage and gives this a nice look, and good protection from the elements as well. Very happy with this!

Paint chipping off/Bends easilyVerty disappointed in the quality of this product.I bought it because it was cheaper but I should have bought the one made in America. You get what you pay for…poor quality.
