I tried these ROYO Classic Cinnamon Raisin Bagels and honestly they’re so good — and nutritionally impressive too. With only around 70–80 calories, 5–6g net carbs, and 10g of protein per bagel, they’re amazing if you want a tasty breakfast or snack without the usual heavy bread macros 🍽️✨.The cinnamon raisin flavor is spot on — just the right amount of sweetness and warmth without being overpowering. They toast up nicely and pair great with peanut butter, cream cheese, or even just a little butter 🧈😋.They also feel satisfying and filling, which is kind of surprising for a bagel that’s light on carbs. If you are watching macros but still want something delicious and cozy for breakfast, these are a really awesome choice 🥯💛Would totally buy again!

Most of them are delicious and very filling. You can't tell the difference from regular bagels. But, the cinnamon ones are very dry and tasteless, and the price is rediculous.

This is hands down the best low carb bread I’ve ever eaten. In my experience, low carb bread has a less than desirable texture, and the flavor is either not good, or non-existent. The ROYO bread and bagels get crispy, and the flavor is actually good! It’s great to finally be able to enjoy bread again.
