I’m a big fan of mushroom complex supplements and couldn’t wait to try this! This product contains three of my favorite mushroom supplements – Lion’s Mane, Reishi, and Cordyceps. Plus, they included Vitamin C for extra support. There are so many purported health benefits of each one of these mushrooms, and putting them all together in one formula allows my body to get the most out of all of them.What this formula doesn’t contain is gluten, soy, sugar, lactose, animal products, or GMOs. Plus, the Reishi is organic. The OMOGS company is GMP certified, third-party tested, and made in the USA in an FDA-approved facility. All of these are important qualities to me and give me a better feeling of trust taking their product.This bottle contains 90 easy-to-swallow capsules, and I take two a day, so one bottle will last me 1.5 months. I just started taking it, so I look forward to experiencing the improvements in my cognition, energy, and immunity! Lately, I have been on a biohacking quest, and in the process, came across recommendations for mushroom supplements being incredibly adaptogenic, so I have added them into my adaptogen regime of Rhodiola, Ashwaganda, Agmatine, and after about a week, I can definitely feel the difference when it comes to how my body processes stress.For instance, I have suffered from poor body temperature control for years. The current price is 7.99 for 90 capusules which is a good price for what you get.

Mushroom extracts have been part of my supplements regimen for many years. My primary motivation is that I've found that they help me stay focused mentally.There are many different varieties available. This formula is rather basic (three varieties), but provides potent doses of those I consider most important: Lion's Mane, which is a favorite of mine (500 mg), Cordyceps (100 mg), and Reishi (200 mg). These volumes are on the higher end compared to others I've tried. These also contain 100 mg of Vitamin C, a plus.These are average-sized capsules that have no taste and no additives. They're easy to swallow. I'm glad that they're made in the USA.With 90 in the jar, taking 2 per day means that this will last a month and a half, which makes it a very good value: Recommended.

My wife's been using lion's mane for several years now and really likes it. She's not a big fan of sprinkling it on her food and so she started putting it in her own capsules which is a giant pain and time-consuming. So I thought I would get this product for her to try. I'm not very well informed about the other ingredients that are in it. She says she can tell a difference when she uses it and when she's not using it. We've only had this product for a short time not enough time to be able see any difference yet so as time goes by I will update you on how well it works.
