Worst set of instructions, only 16 photos and 4 of them are of the parts! No instructions for the electronics! No parts list. No phots of the electronics! Instructions are not for this model of stairs.

The pull down ladder on our upstairs loft was starting to feel rickety so I ordered this to replace it. So far, I've been very happy with it. The remote control function has made it so much easier for my kids to get up and down with quick extension/retraction at the press of a button. It also has a manual pull-down function in case of an outage or malfunction.The design itself is very thoughtful with heavy duty carbon steel materials, anti-slip steps, telescoping handrail, and treaded feet that hold the bottom of the ladder in place for a sturdy climb. The whole thing folds up very compactly and the door closes on its own.This thing is VERY heavy, so use extra caution during installation. Thankfully, the instructions are very detailed and I was able to manage with some extra help. Overall, this is a very high quality ladder that functions well and is much safer than traditional options. The price is high, but it's worth it. Would definitely recommend!
