These are awesome. You get 150 test strips, and mine came with ~1.5 years' of shelf life if left unopened (manufactured 2/2025, delivered 7/2025, expires 2/2027). **Note that you are supposed to use them up within 90 days once opened.** They were packaged well, fully sealed; and arrived in great shape.These are super easy to use and the instructions are clear: place the test end of the strip in your urine for 2 seconds (either dip in urine or run your urine over it), shake off excess, wait 60 seconds (I use my phone timer), then compare the color of the test area against the color options on the bottle, which tell you if you're in ketosis, and if so, to what extent (including optimal level vs too high vs too low). Done.These appear accurate, though I don't have anything to test them against, and they couldn't be easier or quicker to use. It’s also really fun to check your results each time. I find it easy to match the color on my test strips to the colors on the bottle. A real winner!

We used these sticks both when starting keto and after a while of actually eating keto. There was a noticeable difference in the color of the stick after being on keto for a while. Because of this, I feel that the sticks are detecting ketones and work.

They simply don't work at all. I kept conducting tests, and each time the result was negative. Even if they did show any color change, the color didn't match the color mark on the bottle. It's just a waste of money.

These are great ketone test strips! They work perfectly and come in a pack on 150 test strips. I am on a low carb diet and use these frequently to test my ketone levels. They come in a plastic bottle with a tight cap. The ketone test strips are easy to use and accurately report the ketone levels. The bottle has a color chart to compare the strip results to in order to determine the ketosis level in your urine. There is also an instruction brochure in the box with the instructions so you don't have to read it on the bottle. It also comes with a free downloadable e-book with keto diet tips! This is a great ketone test strip kit that works perfectly!
