Finally got around to giving it a go and to my surprise, it worked wonderfully.I didn't expect it to live up to the label, but I had good quality sleep and morning focus without any noticeable side effects. The caplets are bigger than I'd like, but easy to swallow.Do recommend.

I didn't really notice any improvement in my sleep patterns after taking this for 2 weeks. I use my Applewatch to track my sleeping patterns, and there was no noticeable change :(

I'm reviewing Neuro Health Sleep Plus Sleep Aid, with Magnesium, Melatonin and Ashwagandha, 60 Capsules (1 Bottle) Herbal Sleeping Pills for Adults | Vegetarian Sleep Pills | Non-Habit Forming / 5 HTTP/Chamomile.This supplement comes in the form of medium-large capsules filled with an earthy green fine powder. The capsules measure 15/16" long, and I found them to be reasonable to take. They have a mildly herbal scent and taste. The serving size is 2 capsules making this a 30 day supply.This is a well rounded sleep supplement that contains Melatonin, Magnesium Citrate, Ashwagandha, L-Triptophan, and a variety of herbs known for relaxation. See photo for label information including supplement facts and ingredients. I would note that the label matches the description photos.I found this supplement to help me fall and stay asleep. I would buy it again.The capsules come packaged in an opaque white plastic bottle with a screw-on lid (not child-resistant). The lid was shrink wrapped with the tamper-proof seal intact. The EXP is 10/2028.I find the current price of $19.95 to be reasonable.As a side note, this Neuro Health Sleep Plus Sleep Aid is made in the USA per the product label which is kind of illegible, but also verified on the company website.

I recently ordered the health sleep aid for personal use. I have insomnia. Melatonin in a high dose sometimes does the trick, but that's not a good idea on a consistent basis...so.....Not much helps me so I thought I would give this a try. The pills are a bit larger than most and you are supposed to take two. These definitely have an odor and taste. Neither nice. These do give me some funky burps after taking but after about 15 minutes, all is settled. I didn't notice any effect on my sleep or mood, but everyone is different and my body is stubborn.

This is awesome!! I have trouble sleeping even though I take a lot of meds that just one of the meds on their own would knock a regular person out. I’ve become a bit immune to it and so I have a hard time sleeping. I took this pill with my regular evening meds and I was out! Like completely out! One minute I was aware of what I was doing, writing reviews, then I realized that what I was writing wasn’t making sense. I tidied up my space, laid down, thinking I was going to get my nighttime meditations on before I turned out the lights. I never got that far. Lol. I was out like a light. I fell asleep with my glasses on, my tv was on YouTube so it kept playing video and video along the line of what I’d been watching, even though that isn’t what I use at night. I also had some powder donuts I was going to put back, but when I fell asleep they were on the bed and then, in the morning, I woke to them being in bits. Lol. So I really like this and it really works.
