I have used this for 14 days at 5g per day. The powder is very fine and nearly disappears in water or a shake. There is no taste. If the cup sits for a minute I see a little settling, so I give it a quick swirl before the last sip. No stomach issues at all. Compared to other tubs I have tried, this clumps less and does not leave a chalky bottom.On performance, the change is modest but noticeable. I am finishing sets with an extra rep on a couple lifts and I feel fresher between sets. Recovery after hard sessions feels smoother too. That is exactly what I wanted from a straight creatine monohydrate.The tub is 10.6 oz with 80 servings and a 5g scoop. The jar opening is a bit narrow, but the scoop makes it easy enough to get a level dose. At $22.99 it works out to about $0.29 per serving. Not the cheapest option I own, but the mixability and lack of side effects make it a solid value.If you want a simple creatine that is unflavored, easy to take, and consistent in day to day use, this checks the right boxes.

This is unflavored, so there isn't any taste to it. I can drink it with water, but prefer mixing it in whatever type of juice I'm drinking that day. The powder dissolves fairly quick. It doesn't clump up, but does sometimes settle out a little bit if you let it sit for a while. Based on the workouts I've used this for, it seems to work as well as the other Creatine supplements I've tried. I haven't had any nausea or other side effects from this. It's a pretty good sized bottle, it will last me a while. Quality seems good. The ingredients list only shows Creatine Monohydrate, nothing else added. Some of the other Creatine supplements I've tried have other unnecessary stuff added that I don't need or already take in other supplements, so I do prefer pure Creatine powder. The bottle I received was fresh with an expiration over 2 1/2 years away. It's priced competitively with other Creatine powders I've tried.

The packaging it comes in a good quality bottle. I always feel like when a manufacturer spends a little extra on sturdy packaging, it usually means they care about delivering a higher quality product overall.I like that this is USA-based, which gives me more confidence in what I'm taking. I use creatine both for bodybuilding benefits and for the cognitive boost.It doesn't have any flavor, which is what I prefer. I can mix it with Gatorade, a smoothie, or even just water and it blends fine. So far, I've had no issues. It mixes well, goes down easy, and feels like it's working.I wouldn't say that creatine gives you energy, as noted in the description; however, it does help with stamina.

I’ve been using this for a while, and honestly, I feel like it’s not super potent—it seems a bit weaker than other creatines I’ve tried. Reading through other comments, I see I’m not the only one who feels this way. It’s in powder form, so I wonder if that’s part of why it seems less strong or where it might have lost some of its effectiveness. Overall, it leaves me wanting a little more.

I like this type of creative because I can mix it into anything. It's tasteless by itself so it goes fine in water, juice, protein shakes, energy drinks. This definitely dissolves better than others that I have tried partially because of the fine grain size. This dissolves better in warmer drinks than colder drinks. A blender bottle helps tremendously. Some settling does occur if the drink sits for a bit. I feel like this does what it is supposed to. It seems like I can get some more reps in with this. I also think that my recovery time has been shortened because of this. This is completely flavorless so it can be mixed with a bunch of different drinks. I am happy with this and I would get it again. No complaints with this and I consider this to be 5 stars.
