I like to rotate between a few different shampoo lines to prevent build up: this travel size provides ample quantities without taking over my limited space. Got one small set with the step 2 product, but I like to use a lot of it, so I bought a bigger bottle of that and refill the little one in the shower. Fragrance is light, fresh, and somehow green if that makes any sense. I’m sensitive to fragrance and have sensitive skin, but this doesn’t bother me at all. Purchased multiple times.
Really great results but too expensive
Bought this to try before committing to the full size. I will say I love it but I must not love it enough because I haven't spent the money to get the full size bottles yet. Wish it was just a little less expensive and then I would jump on it. Maybe if its ever on sale?
Refreshing feel, but the scent is a bit strong
I noticed a nice refreshing sensation on my scalp after using this, and it does seem to help with overall hair health and volume. It doesn't leave any greasy residue, which is a huge plus for daily use. On the downside, the herbal scent is quite strong and lingers for a while, so if you are sensitive to smells, it might be a bit overwhelming. It’s effective, but the fragrance definitely takes some getting used to.

A lot of the time “thickening shampoos and conditioners seem to make your hair fuller, but also dry feeling. This Groot combo makes my hair feel so soft while fuller at the same time! Love it. Very good product.
Drying.
Made my hair very dry. I have fine lightened hair and switch between moisturizing and volume shampoos and conditioners with no major issue. After one use this made my hair feel very dry and feared damage as I do blow dry and use a flat iron.
Healthier hair
I used the product for a moth now, definitely hair is healthier, shiny, smell so good after every used, and keeps the hair clean longer,
Hair seems thicker
I’ve only used it once but my hair does seem a little thicker. It also has a nice fragrance.
