The cables connecting to the unit are very long and allow for more than adequate adjustment for you to hear what you want to hear specifically. There is a volume knob attached with simple operation and the charging feature is a standard cable that plugs into a USB port on a laptop or with the included adapter into the wall. I was able to hear my phone playing audio at a more than comfortable level even though my phone was turned the lowest it could be set before becoming mute. I was somewhat hesitant to buy these but then I decided for the price I just couldn’t go without trying them. I’m 83 and could not afford 5-6000 dollars for hearing aids. So I got these and oh my goodness they are the best. So comfortable, and I hear every little word now. It’s totally amazing this little tiny thing that fits in your ears but wow they may be little but what a punch they pack. I love love them!! I would absolutely buy again.

I had gotten previously a set of hearing aids recommended by my doctor. The price was much higher than this set, and I was not very satisfied with them. I hear much better with my new hearing aids and now I wear them every day. The fact that I do not have to change batteries is an added bonus.
