I wasn't sure what to expect with this head unit for the price, but I was totally blown away when I tested it! For transparency, I did a full bench test with it hooked to a powered speaker and have not installed this in a car yet..To start, the instructions are just terrible. I have been installing car audio for about 35 years, so it was a typical hookup. If you are new to installing car audio, the manual will be of no help. I will say that the wires are all labeled nicely.Unpacking everything I found a complete kit including the head unit, several wiring harnesses, a GPS antenna, brackets, screws and a backup camera. It includes two separate speaker out harnesses; one with labeled wires and one pre-wired to connectors, though I have not found what vehicle that harness is for.I hooked up power and my speaker and powered it on. And wow! I did not expect a bright, hi-res display. The UI was intuitive and it runs on Android, so you have a lot of options. The capacitive touch was very responsive and swiping around was smooth. And the physical knob is very nice to quickly adjust volume and mute.Next I connected my iPhone and tried Wireless CarPlay. Everything worked as you would expect with minimal delay. The resolution shifts to larger icons than on a Boss head unit I have in my truck, but I actually like it better. I tested music and maps and everything worked well. It did take a bit of testing to figure out how to get out of CarPlay and back into it, bit it works fine.There was one song and a test video pre-loaded on the unit and they both sound and look amazing. I did try to test a few other apps that are preinstalled like YouTube and Netflix, but I did not have the unit connected to WiFi and they would not work. I thought they may be able to connect through my phone, but obviously CarPlay prevents that. I may test on WiFi or by using my hotspot later.Lastly, I tested a few things like themes and the DSP. It is preloaded with a dozen or so themes and some are neat. The DSP was quite impressive. You can easily adjust the curve using touch. Or, you can use the EQ and adjust each band or select a preset. All comparable to a higher end unit I have in my Jeep.Overall I am very impressed with this unit for the money. It is much better than the one I currently have installed in my truck, so I plan to swap them soon. If they could only provide a decent manual it would be a great unit. I have to knock one star off at least for that. I suspect there are options and functions I will have to find through trial and error.

Just got radio installed CarPlay seems to work good nice backup camera. Install was a bit of a pain but for $50 can’t go wrong.

Doesn't fit a standard double din bezel kit for my car. Having a hard time finding one that will fit.Will update if I can find something that works and actually be able test out it's functionality.

Good value radio, many features included in the box, including a GPS Module for positioning, Backup Camera, and additional pigtails for a diverse range of inputs and outputs at the price. It works well as a replacement for an old vehicle without built in modern infotainment, or as a shop, garage, or custom installed multifunction stereo system.The radio runs Android 13 out of the box, with 2gb of Ram, and 32gb of storage.The unique feature for this particular model is the more traditional rotating jog wheel on the left edge of the display, and the physical buttons (rather than touch sensitive on some of the other HAUDIO radio models). I appreciate the tactile control of the physical volume wheel when I'm driving, but the wheel feels a bit 'flimsy' in hand, and deflects more than I'd like when I use it for adjustment. Longevity of that control is something that I'd note as a potential concern.For Apple users, the Zlink5 application which is pre-installed allows a full suite of Carplay integration. This function is wireless, and it allows a commendable Carplay experience if you're willing to wait for the longer boot time between the radio's base Android Operating System, and then the subsequent triggering of the Carplay (zlink) app.All around, a good value Android powered head unit, with a broad feature set, multi device compatibility and a good color high-resolution color display.

I couldn’t be happier with the Haudio 7" Double Din Car Stereo! Installation was straightforward, and the wireless CarPlay/Android Auto works flawlessly—no more fumbling with cords. The HD touchscreen is super responsive and crisp, making navigation and media control smooth and easy.The 2+32GB storage is more than enough for apps and offline maps, and the WiFi connectivity makes downloading updates and using streaming apps a breeze. GPS is accurate, and the backup camera has great resolution even at night. Bluetooth pairing was fast and reliable with clear call quality, and the FM/AM reception is strong.All in all, this stereo brought my car into the modern age. Incredible value for the price—highly recommend it!

This radio is phenomenal. It has many inputs and outputs to be able to hook up anything you can dream of from subs to TVs. You could do 4 A one amps whatever you wanna do it can do it. It comes with a camera and all of the stuff needed to install it other than a dash kit it functions very well. It’s durable and it installs pretty easy too.
