I am not usually a morning person until I can get my cup of coffee made & get a few sips in me. But there are other responsibilities that can get in the way of this these days. So I found these on here after doing some researching & reading up on the supplements in it to make sure I could take it. & once I cleared myself, then I thought I’d just try them & see what happened. So I eat the recommended 2 of these first thing in the mornings after waking up, & I can feel these start to take effect rather quickly, within about 10 minutes. & they help me to wake up, deal with, & navigate this thing called life. Maybe they’ll work for you too? They’re not too expensive for the amount that you’re getting & they don’t taste like medicine, they actually taste good, which is a plus! Before taking & trying anything new, you should read up on the ingredients first & make sure you can have what all is in a product. It is said that some people are sensitive to one of the supplements, & its one that is in this too, called Ashwaganda. & it can cause people to experience psychosis, so the complete opposite of what it is suppose to help. I think that is a good example of why you should do your research before purchasing & trying/ taking anything new.

These seem to be working for me. I feel a lot calmer, less anxiety and even less stomach upset (not sure if that's even a claim they make but it definitely helps my stomach). The gummy bears taste good and there's no giant pill to take so that's definitely a plus. I've taken them consistently for about a week and I'm pleased with the results so far.

They taste great and I really like the fact that their gummy’s. As I’m on my first bottle I can’t tell yet if they’re really helping. I’m going to continue to take them though and hope to see some improvement in at least my sleep.

Don’t waste your money. I should have read the reviews. The gummies came totally stuck together and it didn’t work! I was told to try the powdered form, not the gummies from a trainer. Live and learn.
