This is a relatively large set of diamond cutting wheels and abrasive bits for a rotary (dremel style) tool at a very reasonable cost.

I love the variety of shapes and sizes of these bits, but they’re not as effective as comparable sets I’ve purchased in the past. I used them on a metal birdfeeder frame that I needed to clean of old paint and rust, and while it did work, it took much longer compared to similar bits from another set. The diamond coating just doesn’t feel very abrasive. These may be better suited to fine polishing than shaping or removing large quantities of material. For this price, it may be worth it if you just need them for a small project and don’t expect to get longterm use out of them.

This set of diamond cutters and grinding wheels was just right for a project I was doing. They fit perfectly on my dream tool and the collects were a perfect fit for the other bits I n have. Little sanding bits and drill bits and tiny grinding wheels and cones that sat for a long time. I couldn't use them until I got these collects and then it was the best feeling to be able to finally use one when I needed it. And such a value too! It's great. I'm glad I found the and highly recommend them.

I have enjoyed working with this set of Dremel/rotary tool bits, as the combination of cutting discs and grinding bits is very effective for light metal. The discs are capable of cutting through copper, brass, aluminum and steel- but you will need the speed and power of a serious corded rotary tool to get good performance. A smaller or cordless tool such as the Dremel Stylo will struggle. After you have made your cut, this is where the grinding bits come in to finish the job of cleaning up and deburring. Unlike the cutting discs, I found that these don't need as much speed or power to work effectively, so you can use a cordless tool. In addition to working as part of a two-step process with the cutting wheels, these bits are also quite useful for any other parts that you might need to refine, and the variety of bit profiles allow you to work into crevices or other surfaces. For anyone doing work in jewelry of light metal, this kit is an excellent package. I can absolutely recommend these tools.

The storage pouch and plastic case these bits came in was a nice surprise. The tips were also slightly bigger than I expected, which was also nice. The diamond grit is fairly fine, but it is abrasive and works well. You're not going to accomplish major material removal on metal, but they engrave and shape very well. The cutting discs work very well, even on metal. These bits worked great with my Dremel on a few repair jobs I've done. And the bits I used don't show much wear yet either. They seem pretty durable so far. I imagine they would work well for people doing crafts or other hobbies as well.

The heads on these are easily 3x the size of normal bits like this. I have a smaller set & I rarely use them because they're only good for small areas. These are large enough where you can smooth over large carving areas & they can also leave deeper grooves themselves. I was also half expecting these to wear down very quickly and at first I thought I was right. I used the cone to smooth out a carved area and noticed that the end of the cone was completely smoothed down. With the naked eye it looked like all of the grit had worn off. So I figured since the end was toast I'd test out the rest on a stone. I carved some deep groves and lines into a design in a stone, intentionally pressing down with no care for the bit and not only did it work really well but when I pulled the bit out it was completely fine. The Cone bit that's pulled out in my pic is the one I used & there's really very little wear on it after about an hour of consistent use on wood and stone.It may not be top tier quality but these bits appear to still be good quality. They fit perfect in a normal size chuck as well which is nice. Considering you get 3 of each and a set or saw blades this is a great deal.
