After 3 weeks used. This Eureka J15 Ultra is an excellent vacuum and mop combo that delivers impressive performance. Its suction power is strong enough to pick up dust, hair, and debris from hard and wood floors with ease. The mopping function is equally effective after cleaning, the floor looks spotless and shiny, with even stubborn stains wiped away cleanly and no water streaks left behind. One of the highlights is the easy-to-use app, which offers a simple, intuitive interface. You can remotely control cleaning schedules, adjust suction and water levels, and set no-go zones effortlessly. The smart mapping and obstacle avoidance work well, ensuring efficient and careful navigation. Overall, the J15 Ultra makes daily cleaning much easier and more efficient—highly recommended!

The media could not be loaded. This Eureka robot vacuum has been a very helpful tool for our home. It does a great job on picking up my dog's hair on both carpet and hard floors. The suction is strong enough without being too loud. One thing I really like is that the mop arm extends slightly whenever it needs, so it gets into the corners and edges better than other vacuums I've tried.The sensors are pretty accurate and detailed. During mapping and normal cleaning/mopping, it can recognize furnitures, walls, and even label to avoids my dog's food and water bowls without bumping into them. Another feature I found convenient is that the self-cleaning mop system. It washes and dries the mop automatically so I don't have to clean it by hand.The app makes it easy to customize cleaning zones and schedules. The build quality feels sturdy, not cheap, and very easy to use. Overall, it's a high-quality machine that handles daily cleaning with minimal effort from me.

Worked great for one trip around my house. On day 2, the vacuum function quit working. No blockages, no full bins, just quit working. I called Eureka, as the warranty said they would either refund or replace a defective unit. Eureka said since it malfunctioned so quickly, it wasn't eligible for a replacement?? They told me to return it to Bolo. I purchased it on sale during Prime day so that meant I would have to pay significantly more to order a new vacuum. I asked for them to escalate my case and was told someone would call me within 48 hours. I never received a call back, so I called Bolo, got the free return shipping label, and packed everything back up (this thing is large and heavy!). Bolo was helpful and provided a gift card to compensate me for the sale price I purchased it for so I could buy a new vacuum for the same price. I ordered another the same model again because it worked so great the one time I was hopeful it was just a fluke malfunction. What was shipped to me was a REFURBISHED vacuum, with NO instructions, BROKEN parts, SCRATCHED exterior, NO accessories, and the ENTIRE MOP CLEANING TRAY WAS MISSING so the vacuum can't dock after vacuuming or use the mop function at all, the mops were DIRTY, and all the bins had dust and residue from being used. The packaging was terrible, and when we pulled the base station out of the box, plastic was rattling around inside it and there were various plastic pieces broken off in the box. At this point I've probably wasted over a day of my time between research, troubleshooting, talking to customer service, and just setting up the unit in general multiple times trying to get it to work. This is a $700 machine and it's ridiculous that 1) it quit working within 12 hours and 2) I was sent a POS "refurbished" vacuum that was broken and missing parts. Don't waste your time like I did.

The Eureka J15 Ultra has exceeded my expectations — honestly I’m blown away! The suction of this thing is definitely something to brag about and delivers excellent performance on hard wood flooring and carpets. It picks up everything from hair to fine dust and debris in a single pass.The flex arm mop design allows for better contact with edges and corners and the hot water mop washing system ensure that the mop pad is cleaned thoroughly between uses. Add that onto the hot air drying and you get a mildew free, odor free mopping experience with minimal effort.The self emptying base is very convenient and minimizes maintenance and the AI-powered obstacle avoidance works well to navigate around cables, furniture and other small items. The app provides neat controls like smart mapping, no go zones, and multifloor support.
