The media could not be loaded. The product came exactly like in the picture. It took a while for it to come but I didn't mind the wait. The important thing is that I received it. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because1) The shoes are a little big, but it still does the work. I wish the shoes would fit better, though.2) these charms are kind of difficult to put on. It comes with 8 charms and not all charms can fit in the holes. I'm lucky to have 2/8 charms fit. As you can tell, the paint on the shoes have came off a bit when I was trying to put on these charms.
