This supplement has an impressive claim. So far I have not experienced any positive or negative effects while taking it. My energy levels may be a little better, but I am also self motivating so it makes it hard to distinguish whether it is the self motivation or the supplements that are giving me the little extra boost. My skin health has not changed one way or the other.

These softgels are easy to take which is very nice. I like the shape and size, which makes them very easy to take. As for the effectiveness, I have not been able to notice anything yet, and I don't plan to take any more of these as I do have a few issues with them. The text on the label is VERY small. I have good vision and I had to seek out good lighting and almost had to find a magnifying glass to read the label. I also have some trust issues with the brand, as I am noticing some spelling errors on their site, which makes me worry that they may also not be careful with their product that I am consuming. Last, these are very expensive. All that said, I have a hard time recommending.

I can't tell you if this product "works" because I use different supplements and have made many positive lifestyle changes. It's impossible to isolate which factor is doing what, and even if I felt amazing, that could easily be placebo effect. One person's experience isn't reliable data anyway - that's why we need controlled studies with many participants to actually know if supplements are effective.On top of that, the supplement industry is unfortunately not regulated, which means companies can pretty much say anything they want on the bottle. You don't know if the doses are actually what they claim or if the ingredients are even what they say they are. That's why third-party lab testing is so important to look for.So what I can comment on is how this product stacks up based on what I look for when choosing supplements. Urolithin A is a compound that can support mitochondrial health and cellular renewal, with some legitimate research behind it for "mitophagy" - the process of clearing out damaged mitochondria. The 500mg dose is reasonable - most studies use doses between 250-1000mg daily, so this falls in the effective range.However, the marketing language is completely over-the-top with claims about "reversing aging," "youth switches," and "energy amplifiers." These are classic supplement marketing red flags that promise far more than any single compound can deliver. The emoji-heavy marketing also seems unprofessional for a serious longevity supplement.There are more cost effective options from more established brands with similar or better dosing. The premium pricing isn't justified by superior formulation or obvious quality advantages.

This is the first time I try urolithin A.The softgels and their content are shown in my pictures.The content is tasteless. At least I didn't sense any distinct taste.By the way, the product image shows a blue capsule, but it should match the actual off-white softgel.Another minor complaint is that the fine print on its container is too small and hard to read. (See a few of my pictures.)For now, I'm keeping the box with legible text for the record.I'll post an update if I feel any change in my health and wellness.Thank you for letting me review this product.

I take supplements to help with recovery from workouts and to help ease into this aging thing which is relentless. I've had success with this supplement in the past and this one seems to be what it promises.
