I am a fitness enthusiast and over the years my supplement intake has shifted and grown. As ive gotten older ive learned about the health benefits of fish oil, omega 3, etc and i wanted to start incorporating it into my routines. My main concern, besides efficacy of course, was the dreaded after taste or nasty fish burps that many brands have. I tried this and after several days of using i can confirm that there is NOTHING!!! No taste, no burping, nothing. My body seems to be handling these pills with no issue. The only concern that there may be for some people are the size of the pills. They are LARGE, lol. I started to take them with food and right before i swallow my chewed up bite i pop one in and swallow it down with my food and i barely feel it. The price is great for a 3 month supply. I cannot speak to its efficacy at this point since i just started taking it but i dont feel any adverse effects so i take that as a win!

This bottle is huge! This brand's capsules are about twice as large as your regular fish oil capsules, but they're still easy to swallow. As far as dosage goes, the recommended dosage is 2 capsules, and it is packed with DHA and EPA!We've been taking it for about a week, and we can confirm that this fish oil doesn't leave you with a fishy aftertaste, commonly known as "fishy burps."One final observation that may be relevant for those with crustacean allergies, like myself: this supplement contains mackerel, salmon, sardine, anchovy, and/or herring fish oil... no krill!The price is phenomenal for a 4-month supply of an excellent supplement! We highly recommend it!

I read many complaints about the size of these softgels. Yes, they are a bit larger than others, but I had no difficulty with swallowing. It isn't clear if two are supposed to be taken together, so I take one in the morning and one in the evening. There is no fishy aftertaste. I read the reason on the label which states that the manufacturer's proprietary process allows the softgel to bypass the stomach. It goes straight to the intestines, and that is where it is digested and absorbed. The price seems high, but considering you get enough softgels to last 4 months, this is really a great deal.

Definitely a decent value for how many you get. The recommended dosage is 2 a day, so it's 120 servings. No fish burps for me and no bad side effects. Capsules are large but that's usually how it is for all fish oil supplements. Expiration is over 3 years out so plenty of time to use.

These seem to be good quality and don't make you have the dreaded fish burps like I've experienced with other brands. It does taste a little like fish (what do you expect) when you first put them in your mouth to swallow. So make sure you do it fast to avoid this taste. With all vitamins, one (or at least me) can never tell if they truly work and have to take the word of the product and assume they are what they say they are. In the end, I don't have any regrets or side effects from theses and hope they are doing what they say they are. I just don't have a way to measure it.

I've gotta say, I completely underestimated the size before I got it. It's a massive bottle with 240 high potency 1425 mg (each) fish oil softgels. That's a four month supply of very large pills.So far these have worked well for me and the best part, zero fishy aftertaste.These are worth the value, in my opinion. You really can't go wrong.

This needs repeating: these capsules are large. And the container is bigger than one of those (usually) blue and white, cardboard, cylindrical containers of table salt in the grocery store.If you are able to swallow capsules that large, then these are a great value. They are produced in Canada and undergo strict purification processes. They have a high EPA/DHA count. They are designed to make their way to the intestines before disintegrating, thereby reducing the chances of fishy burps.These capsules tick all the boxes - provided you can swallow them. After I swallowed the first one I decided to pop the second capsule in my mouth, keep it there until softened, and then bite down and allow the oil to ooze out. Surprisingly there is very little fish oil taste; I eat fish, anyway, so it's not an issue. I've done this before and I never have fishy burps with this method.Although this is a great value product I'm not sure if I will order it again, due to the size. I would rather have 3 slightly smaller capsules, with the option to swallow whole or to keep in my mouth and eventually pop when softened. And because these have such a thick encapsulation (designed to make it to the intestines) the biggest selling point can also be a large detraction.

Huge bottle with a large dosage, couldn't ask for anything else. Utilizes mackerel, salmon, sardine, anchovy and herring, 2850mg of fish oil concentrate with 1800mg of Omega 3 fatty acids. Definitely pricey, but a fantastic choice, 100% better than other fish oil supplements I've had in the past.
