These were so easy to form to my teeth, works great at night so I don’t grind my teeth. I was having lots of TMJ with pain, after using this for just a couple of nights, the pain started to subside. So happy I found this product. I will definitely continue to purchase when I finish this package.

This package contains 4 mouth guards and a tray to keep it in when not in use. Over the years I’ve used different brands, thicknesses, sizes. I find this one to be perfect for my mouth. They are the perfect thickness. Some are so thick that they are downright mouth filling and hard to wear. I’ve been using these for two nights and no teeth grinding or clamping. I like to shape them in my mouth and then trim them just a bit so they don’t push on my gums too much. For me, these are the perfect solution I’ve been looking for. These by far are my favorite mouth guards. I would buy these again and again.

The guards came neatly packaged. The instructions were very clear and understandable. There was even a storage case to keep them during the day, when not in use. I am very pleased with these guards.

I keep having issues with losing my grind guards, so on a whim I gave these dental guards a shot. No only are they affordable, they also come in a pack of 5 and are very comfortable.Highly recommend!

I’m so impressed with the quality of the night guard. My husband grinds his teeth and mouth guards are so expensive to get. This has really helped him and he doesn’t wake up with a sore jaw and fits great in his mouth. All you have to do it wet the night guard shape it to your teeth, it’s perfect for bleach trays as well. I’m so glad I found something like this without having to spend so much.

They work great, especially for the price point too! Even comes with a nice travel case. Would highly recommend trying them if you're looking for something new . I have TMJ so this helps me sleep without constantly grinding my teeth.Just some things to note though, they're a bit thicker in plastic but works for me
