I wish I had scrolled a little further back and seen that this does not allow you to use streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Apple T.V. or anything the sort as I tried about all of them. I wasted about 30 minutes in total trying apps then reading about why it was not working, be smarter than me and take this review and similar ones at our word and just don’t buy this unless you want to use to to see a bigger version of your iPhone screen or Tik Tok as that is what it will work for. Also suggestion for the seller move the image you have explaining what it is and is NOT compatible with to the first or second slide!

This does work, but keep in mind some websites may be restricted on what you can watch. I hoped it would work with the free NFL app, and it did during preseason, but the regular season games were blocked. (Probably if I had the paid NFL app, it would work fine, I'm just trying to watch for free.) However, it did work to watch cup races from the Nascar site, there's just no commentary. I plan to also use this to show my elderly grandmother (who doesn't have internet access) my vacation pictures and videos from my phone, and the picture quality is quite good.

I ordered this to connect my IPhone to the TV so I could watch Game Changer on a big screen. I also bought the PowerBear HDMI cable to go from the Lightning Adaptor to the TV. The picture was clear and the audio came through with no problem. I did have to turn the phone in a horizontal position so the screen was fully utilized. Works great!
