These things are awesome! They're well-made, and made out of solid metal. I'm not sure what gauge it is, but it's got quite a bit more gravity in it than the cheap ones you buy at the big box store.The stakes are exceptionally sturdy as well, and hold very well. No worries about a gentle breeze (or even a stormy gust!) blowing these over.Maybe I'm just impressed because I've been using the cheap bamboo torches from everyone's favorite blue retailer, but these things are _several_ cuts above.One of the simplest, but really appreciated aspects - these have a much larger opening for filling. It's not like trying to pour lamp oil into a soda bottle, it's more like pouring into a wide-mouth gatorade bottle. It's a little thing, but it just shows the attention to detail.Yeah, these are more expensive than the cheapo ones, but I fully expect to be using these 10 years from now. Given that the cheapo ones seem to barely last a year, I'm saving quite a bit in the long run.I live near a lot of woods and swampland, so mosquitos are just a fact of life. Some kind of repellent is a basic necessity for being outdoors in the evening, even just sitting on the porch. I've got these lined up around my porch, and they do a beautiful job keeping the mosquitos away.

These are definitely a solid option to add to your backyard decor. They are extremely easy to put together and feel nice and sturdy when you're done. The black color gives them a classic look that complements practically any style or color scheme. They appear to be well-made and are a good size, capable of holding enough fuel to keep them lit for many hours. So far, there have been no leaks from any of them, which I am obviously VERY happy about.You might think they would be fairly heavy, considering the quality, which usually equates to better materials and increased weight. However, you would be mistaken, as they are still very light, even when full. The metal used to make the torches themselves could be a bit thicker, as I am worried about them possibly getting dented. I could see one of my sons accidentally knocking one over, sending the torch flying and subsequently denting it when it lands. However, this is purely a hypothetical situation, and I can't say for sure that's what would happenâjust an assumption based on my observations.All in all, these torches were exactly what we were looking for to enhance our backyard. They work well and provide the same vibe and aesthetic as typical bamboo tiki-style torches, but with a more modern look. They can be used with the included stands or by themselves on a tabletop. The wicks are pre-installed, saving you the hassle and making assembly nice and simple. For the price, I would definitely recommend them, and I am even thinking about ordering another set!

I set up these garden metal torches in my backyard, and they work really well for outdoor lighting and keeping bugs away. The height is perfect for lining pathways or surrounding a patio area. I like that the 5-prong stakes make them very stable, even in light wind. One minor note is that the wicks need trimming after a few uses to keep a steady flame.

These tiki torches are metal, assembling them was very easy to do, and then you just take them out and stake them in the ground. My soil is very hard as I live in the south, and we tend to have play rather than soil so getting them into the ground was a little bit more difficult than I had anticipated. I do love the fact that they are able to hold enough oil to last for a long time and I love the little lids that come with it so you could just pop that on top to put the wick fire out when youâre done, we have them surrounding our pool with citronella oil in them. That way when weâre out swimming, we donât get mosquitoes or anything like that coming and bothering us while playing in the pool. The number that comes in the package is truly a great deal and they are very functional for our needs, I anticipate ordering more in the future.

I really like these tiki torches. They hold a good amount of torches fluid so they will stay lit for hours. The set up is easy and straightforward, so anyone can do it. It has 3 prongs at the base for added security. When you want to turn them off, just use the cap (on the chain) to snuff it out. Perfect for backyard chill vibes.

These torches have been a solid and good looking addition to the patio setup. They feel well built and seem ready to handle the wild wind we get around here. Setup was simple and didnât take much time. Everything went together without any issues and once they were in the ground, they stayed put. No wobbling or leaning even when the breeze picked up.The oil reservoir is spaced out well from the flame and holds enough fuel to keep the fire going for hours. Weâve used them during dinner and movie nights outside and havenât had to refill them constantly. The wicks were already installed and burned clean right from the start. No weird smells or smoke.The only thing to watch out for is the cap used to put out the flame. Itâs metal and holds heat longer than youâd expect. I grabbed it a few minutes after snuffing the flame and definitely felt it. That oneâs on me, but I ended up adding a few coats of heat-resistant spray paint to make it a little safer.Overall, theyâve held up well through daily use and even survived a few accidental bumps. The color hasnât faded and they still look sharp out there.
