Horrible isn't too nice of a word for this purchase. Do they curb your appetite and help you lose weight. Boy I wish I could tell you.Upon opening the package cute little package with maybe about 5 inches and width and length you open it and you have these cute little round circles almost a pink in color. From the package, I chose to stick it on my upper arm. Within an hour, I couldn't find it. I put another one on in the evening. I have wasted about four and one day so far when I woke up that one was stuck to the bottom of my foot. They do not stick therefore they cannot work. Before you decide to click on purchase with this bender. Bolo will not back you on return this is a scam. They do not work do not purchase. I never write reviews, but this one was just too important fraud and stealing your money. Also causes severe stomach problems
