Well made make up brush
Wonderful brush! Very well made, doesn’t shed like other brushes I’ve tried, and perfect for eyeshadow. I love how soft and gentle it is on my eye area and applies the perfect amount every time. I use the sponge applicator to apply concealer.
Great coverage? Evens out skin tone
Love love this makeup!!! Highly recommend, I no longer use foundation there is no need - this makeup gives great cone coverage!
Much smaller and lighter than expected
This Laura Geller Dual-End Highlighter Brush is much smaller than I expected, but I guess that makes sense because highlighter is supposed to be placed very subtly. I don't use a lot of highlighter, but I do contour and this brush is perfect for placing my contour, but struggles with the blending because it is so small. The bristles are really soft, but made well, I lost no bristles at all on the first wash of this brush. I feel like the sponge end is going to be a little more challenging to clean now that i have used product on it. My beauty sponges typically have a short shelf life, no matter how much I clean them they never look 'clean' so I go through them pretty frequently. I'm not going to want to throw away a brush just because one end of it is dirty though - I'm not sure this was a very well thought out idea. For now I'm sticking to powder products only on the sponge end.I feel like $24 (the price at the time of my review) is a little expensive for a brush that is this small and really does have limitations in use. It feels very light to me, lighter even than the small size would suggest, it doesn't have the weight and quality feel of the brushes I typically buy in the price range. I will continue to use it, but I would hesitate to buy more Laura Geller brushes until I see how this turns out. If this brush stands up to repeated use, I will come back and raise my rating.
High quality brushes I use every day
These makeup brushes are excellent. They’re soft well made and apply makeup smoothly without shedding. I love that they’re dual ended it saves space and makes them very practical. They feel professional and work great for both powder and cream products. A really solid brush set that I reach for daily.
Small, normal brush
This brush is pretty small/compact and lightweight, I expected it to be a bit more sturdy and heavy. The bristles on the brush end are okay, they're soft enough and apply product evenly. The paddle end is useful, but I don't have confidence in it's durability with cleaning and consistent use.

Nice quality brush
This brush, like all of the Laura Gellar products I have tried, is high quality. I use the paddle brush to pack on highlighter on my cheek bone and below my eyebrow. Then I use the fluffier brush on the other end to blend it out and diffuse it. It works well, doesn’t shed, and gets me that glowy look. It’s two brushes in one, it’s great for traveling.
fantastic highlighter brush
Everything I've tried from this brand has been top notch, so I wasn't surprised that the highlighter brush was great quality as well. I love that it has two ends, in case I need a different size or shape. It cuts down on how much I need to store. The brush is soft and picks up a nice amount of product for application.
LAURA GELLER NEW YORK Cosmetic Brushes (23 Dual Ended
This is a brand I hadn’t tried and so I was interested to see what it was like, the brush arrive and it was a small to medium size all professionally displayed and packaged and it looks like a nice quality brush the brush end is exceptionally soft on the skin but has enough firmness to blend the foundation properly, I like the smaller end for concealer and around the softer areas of the eye. There is no loss of bristles they appear exceptionally good quality, again the body of the brush is very good & nicely made so it’s able to hold them firmly when blending.its nice and full with a decent thickness to really feather in and around the edges of the blending area and it successfully leaves no patches or lines.Although it is a nice quality brush I am a little on the fence regarding the price, personally I feel it is a little much for one brush as iv had cheaper really good quality brushes that simply don’t fetch this price point but they are effective and long lasting all the same.For me it is a lot I feel for just one brush when we all know you can need a fair few when applying your makeup and so it simply doesn’t work out so cost efficient for a lot of people.It is personal preference, regardless it is a good quality brush with a good reputation from a loved brand name that does what it promises to do 😊
Decent little highlighter brush
The highlighter brush comes in a little black and gold, sealed, plastic pouch. The brush is quite sleek and light. It comes with a foam padded end and a fluffier angled brush. The brush end is quite soft, the foam end is honestly like any other foam padded make-up tool.I swatched this on my arm with a blush and a highlighter that both start quite sheer, but is usually quite buildable for more coverage. The back of the packet suggested using the foam end to pat product on for more intensity and the brush for lighter application. The brush end took 1 stroke for a very light blush/highlight, 3 strokes gave a more obvious, but not overpowering, coverage. It took 6-8 strokes to get a more intense blush. I'd say maybe it took me slightly longer than it would to get this coverage with my normal brushes. I personally found the foam end to be okay when applying 1-2 pats, but I found it lifted product up after this. But it did apply with more intensity using this end.Overall it's an okay brush, makeup applies quite well, although I doubt I'd use the foam end myself.

Soft brush with great application and coverage
There's a mixed description on the listing for this brush, highlighter and foundation.But I'm using it for foundation and absolutely love it.It's extremely soft on the skin, far better than my other foundation brushes, which now feel harsh in comparison.It's also smaller and shorter, which I now prefer as it's easy to hold and manipulate.Application is lovely, probably the best foundation brush I've used, as it blends and evens out so well and makes my skin look lovely and smooth.Plus foundation goes on better and seems to hold and last better too.I would now like to know more about the brand and get a full set of their makeup brushes.

This Laura Geller Dual Ended Highlighter Brush is one of the better quality and expensive make-up brushes I’ve ever owned - after always using basic ones. I never thought it was necessary to buy more expensive brushes, but goodness was I wrong.The brush end is so soft and makes easy work of my highlighter and blush. It also holds less product, blends so well and is perfectly sized and textured for multi use.I use the foam side for precise highlighting and concealing. It fits under the eye and blends out beautifully. I can brighten my inner eye corners, camouflage blemishes, and even apply eyeshadow.It’s super versatile and with the two ends, it could basically do my whole face if I want it to.The price isn’t extortionate either, it’s definitely worth the investment for a brush you’ll probably use everyday for a very long time.
