Her speech is extremely slurred... Not a big deal, I could get beyond that.Next issue - With all of the earpieces I have owned, if I get out of range for longer than a few seconds, the earpiece disconnects from the phone, but once I get back in range, the earpiece automatically reconnects, not with this earpiece, the earpiece will not reconnect until you are standing right next to the phone and it takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute for it to reconnect once you are standing next to your phone (the phone is a new iPhone 16 Plus). Note: I verified that this was not a one-off issue because I confirmed the problem 3 times.Last and Final issue - When I receive calls, the volume control is all the way down even with the phone showing the volume is up. I have to switch to either the speaker or phone to talk to the person... which defeats the purpose of the earpiece.I do not recommend and It will be going back.

Audio output is very clear and crisp. People on the other end of my calls report the same great sound quality. Lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for 8 hours straight at work every day. Fuss-free pairing and connection.

Would select 0 stars if it was an option. Not sure what all the reviewers are raving about, but this product is faulty, and doesn't even come with a manual.The ear piece is flimy silicone and won't stay fitted to your ear. The ear pieces are also silicone, and dont fit to your ear. I replaced both with parts from my plt 70, and it fixed the stay on ear issue, but now audio is always distorted or keeps disconnecting from any device I've tested on (laptop, android and ios)There's also no online manual. Can you mute on these? What is the actual functionality on device. Would be nice if you include that in your product details

Has good volume for both sides of the conversation. Comfortable in the ear. The thing that makes it not desirable is the noise cancellation feature, which cannot be turned off, makes the sound for the other side annoyingly choppy. It cuts off the first part of what you're saying because the mic goes on and off when you're speaking or not speaking as a way to reduce background noise when you're not speaking. Also, if you're speaking quietly it cuts in and out thinking that you've stopped talking or that it's just background noise.
