Like many folks, I spend way too much time in front of a computer screen for work, and also way too much time looking at my phone. Over the years, I have developed what my doctor has told me is "crepitus," a cracking/popping sensation whenever I move my neck a certain way. Nothing is wrong with my neck; we did imaging to make sure. Just part of getting older and accumulating tension over the years. It also doesn't help that I'm a side sleeper, and for a lot of years I didn't sleep on the right kind of pillows.So, I am pretty reliant on products like this to help when my neck and shoulder tension gets too bothersome. What I like about this product is that it's made with beads, not any kind of gel (I had a really bad experience with a gel warm pack that leaked and actually caused a burn on my leg, a number of years back!) and it heats up easily. It has a pleasant smell, and the outer fabric is soft. It's more like a wrap, and so it sits around your neck and shoulders, which - if you have trapezoid tension, like I do, is really nice. You can also put this in the freezer to make it into a cold pack. It's a nice, very useful product that really helped me at the end of a long day of way too much screen time.

I love this Comheat neck heating pad! It's pretty large, measuring 25 inches in length and nearly 6 inches in width, and features a beautiful combination of dark blue and slate gray velvety, super plush fabric. The pad is generously filled with what seems like tiny balls (perhaps it's buckwheat or something similar). The wave pattern helps keep the filling in place, preventing it from traveling to other locations and accumulating, which is super practical. The pad fits the neck nicely, and the snap closure allows you to move freely; the pad will not slide off. I popped mine in the microwave for just 30 seconds, and my neck was wrapped in soothing heat, along with the natural, not too overpowering, but wonderfully aromatic scent of lavender that eases tension and helps me feel comforted and relaxed. This heating pad is definitely a great product and the versatile design lets you use it in many different ways - from soothing period cramps to keeping your chest warm when you are under the weather. It even comes with its own, generously cut microfiber carrying pouch! Highly recommend.

We love this!My partner and I have been sharing a heat pack like this for months. He recently bought a new one and when you heat it up, it smells like mac and cheese ugh. I was searching for a replacement and came across this, initially drawn in by the lavender scent aspect so hopeful for a smell improvement!This is a good size, a bit smaller than our previous heat pack, especially in the neck area. The filling dividers run long ways so it does tend to bunch up in spots (unlike ones that are separated in a grid like pattern) so you do have to move things around a bit. This can cause the part directly on the back of the neck to get more narrow than the rest which is my only negative.I really love that there is a snap feature to help keep it on and around your neck! The fabric is superrrr soft which is a plus. We will be using this for a long time and highly recommend for people looking for some muscle pain relief

The media could not be loaded. I love that this wrap has snaps so that I can put it on my neck, snap it and not worry about it falling down if I move a little. I don't usually like things snapped around my neck because it feels too tight/restricting but this doesn't bother me too much (maybe because I only use it for maybe 10 minutes at a time).The fabric is super soft and cozy against my skin.The lavender scent is not too strong and overpowering which was my main concern because I've had one similar to this before and had to get rid of it because the smell was too strong and gave me a headache. I would say even though you can definitely tell this is lavender scented, I would say it's more a calm and soothing smell because it's not overpowering.It comes with a little carrying case which is perfect - I'll be throwing it in the car for my upcoming road trip so I can use it in the car (it just won't be warm because obviously I can't heat it up in a microwave in the car lol).My only wish? That it stayed warm a little longer after microwaving ;-)But honestly, for the comfort and ease, I’m still giving it two big thumbs up. Treat yourself or gift it to someone who needs a little neck-and-shoulders love.

This item is very nice for neck and upper back strain/pain. It has some weight to it so it feels great where it lays on you. It also smells wonderful. The snap helps to keep the pack on well which is appreciated. I recommend using this if your doctor tells you to try heat. The item came quickly and was well packaged. I think the price point for this is good too. I received the item in exchange for my honest review.

The fabric is thicker and soft against the skin. It seems to have beads inside of it that can be moved around from one end to the other. The wrap is very easy to use and wear. You simply put it in the microwave and turn it halfway through, then place it on your shoulders and neck (after checking the temperature to not be too hot). I was surprised by the amount of moisture I felt from this pad but it was very soothing to my muscles. It also has a light lavender scent. It doesn’t smell as natural lavender does, but more of a spa scent. The wrap also has a little weight to it, but not bad. Also included was a nice storage pouch for the wrap when not in use.
