I bought this to track my weight loss, but honestly, I’m not a fan. It’s super cute, but not practical at all. There’s no room to write notes or track actual weigh-ins—it’s just circles to color in. I need something more functional, not just decorative. Regret this purchase and won’t be using it. 👎

Brilliant log book to keep track of weight and fitness ect I love it. Bought to track my journey however found I am pregnant so have to stop dieting but will reuse when baby is born. It's easy to use, practical, value for money and so much space for writing things down I love that you can track water amounts too and supplements as well as weight loss and fitness and steps it's very helpful and handy to have. Highly recommend

It’s a great book. Everything you need to track weight loss and other fitness goals. However when I buy an item new I don’t expect it to have parts that have clearly been filled in by a previous owner and then rubbed out and resold
