Currently this is a one star product review. I have installed it and no issues... it cools and heats using the remote....not too sure I still understand how to use its auto function though, but that is no biggy. It is a one star as of now because the the wifi is not working and in the appendix number one states there should be a wifi lite on. Mine is not on and have still tried to do the connection multiple times. I called Bolo customer service who gave me Garvee phone number and email for support...I called the number and had to leave a message. I have emailed them also with the same issue. Today is 6/19. I’ll keep this review up to date based on their response. Thank you.Update today 6/23. At 6 am central time I received an email response basically telling me to do everything that the manual already says to do, but they told me to hold the button down for eight seconds to reset Wi-Fi. The manual says to push the button eight times so I’ve done both and currently no Wi-Fi connection yet. They have also asked to send pictures of the screenshots of the front of the air conditioner and the phone display the area code which I have resent that email this morning….. the email also stated that someone will reach out to reach out to my phone number, so standby and stay tuned. Thank you.Hi all, today is July 4th and all is wonderful. The wifi connection issue has nothing to do with the product. Turns out that the router was configured to only accept connections from certain MAC's. We changed out the router and perfect connection!!. These units are going into a microgrid container and as stated before they are working perfectly and the installation had no issues and now we can remote monitor. In terms of the customer service. We all get anxious when we can't get immediate answers but customer service did indeed reply and trust me worked with me to stay on top of getting this resolved without me having to chase. They also answered some other technical questions that we asked since we were trying to do additional things with the control...they perfectly understood the question and answered the questions directly.So personal shout out to Fiona.Will be buying at least three more of these units.

Did not come with template for mounting bracket or cutting the holes for the refrigerant lines. Also did not come with the tube for going through the wall to protect refrigerant lines. No holder for remote till mount on wall. All these things were listed as items on the shipping list yet we’re not there.Instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. Vacuum down and started up. Very quiet so the verdict is still out on performance.I helped my cousin put in a Seville brand, and it was much better built than this unit. Hopefully my friend gets good service out of this..

Super easy install. Ac function works amazing for only being 115v. Have not used the heat function other than to test if it worked properly. Noise level is minimal on low and med fan mode the high gets a little noisy but nothing obnoxious. Would 10/10 recommend this unit. Unit comes fully charged with coolant and refrigerant and is %100 ready for installation.

Installed today. Working greatIt's 92 outside and a nice 70 on my second floor thanks to this thing. Easy install. WiFi works great. 100% would recommend

So far ok, nowhere online does it say that it needs to be vacuumed down. I opted not to due to the cost of the contractors around here but it's still working well

After this mini-split, I'll never buy another window unit. I went from a very efficient 12k btu Midea (which I loved), it struggle to keep the house cool on these 108 degree days. This however, cools my whole 2 bedroom house, reachs even the kitchen (cooking doesn't suck any more) and freezes me out at night. Best part, it uses less electricity than my midea. I thought I was getting a fair 12k for 12k btu, and was only buying it because of the heat option. I for sure got more than I was expecting.

I’m loving my mini split for my new sunroom. I keep it on 75, although the room is in direct sunlight it’s still very comfortable

GarveeTechCapacity 1 TonsCooling Power 12000 British Thermal Units, it works wish i got the 220v model i didnt see it was 110v till after i pressed the buy it now button, but it seem well made a cools really good, time will tell
