Some pieces were very tasty and others were mushy and stale tasting. The variety of baklava is interesting but I found some varieties to be much better or worse than others (lady fingers were awful stale tasting and mushy, birds nests were tasty and much fresher by comparison, almost like they were of a different batch) Furthermore, all of the baklava was exceptionally simple tasting, no rosewater-infused syrup here, just sugary corn syrup. The pieces were of decent size at least.Overall, if you are craving baklava and are willing to spend $30 on Bolo for it, you can do much better elsewhere, each piece felt like a gamble here.
