I have been using the Dreame X50 Ultra for a little less than a week and already have seen a tremendous difference between the cleanliness of this robot versus a competitor. Our robot accurately mapped our home in 15 minutes and finishes mopping and vacuuming in the same run within two hours on a full charge. The only time I have seen the robot return early is to clean the mop pads and then picks up where it left off. We have two mid-sized dogs with long coats and I keep admiring the lack of fur tumbleweeds that are in our home since using this vacuum. We do not have carpeting, but do have bathroom mats that are not mopped (there's a setting you can click to not mop them when it does the rest of the area!). I think my favorite part is that it hasn't ran into any of our furniture, takes time to carefully go around the legs of our dining table and chairs, and has an arm that kicks out the spinning brush and mop pad to get low-hanging areas.If you have the ability to purchase this one, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a top of the line model because I prefer to purchase only once. It’s a great machine w a camera. It doesn’t even bother my dog while it’s whizzing around my house. Picks up dog hair, mops & vacuums just as advertised. Don’t settle for less!!

I have a Roomba and a Brava Jet that are a couple of years old. They never worked "great." My friend bought this item and was happy so I decided to give it a try. I am very glad I did. This product vacuums even my old wall-to-wall rugs great with strong suction. It handles mopping my tile floors quite nicely without streaking (using the cleaner they included in the order). I has a longer battery life than I am used to. I figured it would be complicated to set up but it was very easy. The only thing it does not do is dump out the dirty mop water lol - guess I have to do more than tell it what to do on the app. :-)

Could not be happier with the way this has worked and cleaned our floors. We live in the desert, no grass, no fancy landscaping and 2 dogs. My floors have never been cleaner. Which is so hard to believe because I wash my floors all the time and use a steamer at least once every other month if not more. I have even cleaned my floors on my hands and knees.I love that this works so well the only downside is it doesn't fit under the kick board of my cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms or get behind the open doors. Darn I do have to still do touch up clean but for the most part I LOVE my Dreame x50 ultra

The media could not be loaded. The most amazing tool I have ever found and used!!! Life changing for me. I have a beautiful luxury laminate floor that shines like glass. It also shows every footprint or hair, and I have animals. I was cleaning 2x daily! Now, my robot starts my day and within 30 minutes, the whole upstairs, underneath all beds and furniture, shining!!!This is truly an amazing robot! My housekeeper cut her fee by $40 per cleaning, so that’s paying for the robot! I bought 2 of them. Upstairs and downstairs. Buy this brand! You won’t be sorry. PS watching it clean is a great meditation! Wax on, wax off hehe.

Buyer beware. I paid a substantial amount of money after accessories and the extended warranty for the top-of-the-line X40 Master vacuum in December of last year. Within 2 months I was emailing customer service about errors and issues. Within 4 months I was shipping it back for repair. By 6 months it was having issues AGAIN and needed to be shipped back. I was pretty upset considering I'm over 30 minutes from the nearest UPS and for what I paid for the vacuum...I shouldn't be experiencing these kinds of issues so quickly. They said they could repair my vacuum again OR they could send me the "upgrade " which was the X50 Ultra. First off, the X50 is not hands off like the X40. The model I paid for auto drained the dirty water into a drain in our laundry room floor. It also auto filled the fresh water from a hose we plumbed. The X40 requires you to manually do all of this. So not exactly an equal trade...plus they only offered to send me a refurbished unit, not new. I accepted this offer because I was afraid the X40 Master would continue having problems and I just wanted a functional vacuum. I sent the X40 back to them and they sent me the X50. I didn't even have the X50 for TWO WEEKS before I am getting error issues. So far...it can't attach the mop pads itself and it has a hard time finding the dock. I reached back out to customer service who said to ship it back to them for repair. So I am expected to continue wasting my time and money to drive into town and ship their faulty machines back to them? I asked if I could just return it for a refund and be done with them. They have refused. They offered me a 50% refund and that is the best they can do...even though I wouldn't be asking for the refund if their products worked as advertised. BEWARE!

User interface is quirky and frustrating, and privacy policy is very shady. Cleaning is pretty good on specific settings. If you have step downs from one floor to another, via a single step, you will have to manually move the bot, change maps on your phone and restart = problematic. Additionally if your base is on one floor/stepdown from the area it is cleaning, you will have to be there supervising as it will not be able to empty, and connect to removable mop pads which it off loads at base for certain modes. Problem is that if you want it to run both vacuum and then mop, if base is in the other map, it needs to install mop pads at base, but it first requires you to place the robot in the room/map and confirm map before starting, …so no mop. Work around are cumbersome. And voice recognition is truly poor. Needs improvement in user interface to be truly a “dream.”

Smart, Hassle-Free Cleaning – Vacuums, Mops & Empties Itself!
The DREAME X50 Ultra combines vacuuming and mopping in one unit, with smart sensors to detect. It came with extra filters, pads, dust bags, and cleaning tools for easier maintenance.The suction power on this is fantastic. I have 2 small chihuahuas and their fur is fine and this has no issues sucking it up from the floor as well as it has the ability to suck up fine strands of 3D printer filament which is why I mostly use this in my printer room. The app is very easy to use and allows you to exclude areas and schedule cleanings etc . The lidar sensor also lowers itself into the body to get under lower objects. This is a high end model and does everything I need and more and even has the ability to lift itself over things such as door thresholds. So many nice features such as alerting if it gets stuck, climbing rugs but probably the best is after it does it thing, it auto returns to home and empties itself. I am loving this robot cleaner and is definately my favorite of the couple I own.
Power, Smarts, and Real Mopping in One Unit
I’ve used a few robot vacuums over the years, and this one clearly sits at the top end for both features and price. The suction power is no joke 20,000Pa makes a noticeable difference on carpet compared to my last unit, and the mopping function is much more than an after thought. It actually scrubs with even pressure and leaves hard floors looking freshly cleaned rather than just “wiped.” The obstacle avoidance is great. it doesn’t slam into furniture, and it’s smart about avoiding cords and small items. The corner to edge cleaning also works better than I expected it actually gets along baseboards without leaving that annoying dust strip.The auto empty dock is one of the biggest conveniences here. It’s quick, quiet, and the dust bags seal well so you’re not breathing in whatever it picked up. The mop self cleaning feature is another win no more rinsing filthy pads in the sink. I can run a cycle every day without adding more chores for myself. The 360° navigation keeps the cleaning pattern efficient, and it hasn’t missed any obvious spots so far. The app setup is straightforward and the controls give you a lot of flexibility to schedule or target specific rooms.That said, it’s a serious investment. At this price, you expect premium performance and so far it delivers, but you’ll want to keep up with filter and brush maintenance to get the most out of it. It’s not the kind of gadget you forget about entirely it still needs occasional attention but for anyone wanting a true hands off clean most days, it’s hard to beat. If your budget allows, the combination of vacuuming and real mopping in one unit, plus the automated dock, makes this one of the most capable all in one floor cleaners out there. I give it a 4.5/5 stars.
The premium vacuum experience
This dreame robovacuum is a huge time saver for keeping the house clean. The package includes everything you would need for the robovac to clean, charge and empty its filter. It's honestly amazing to me how far the technology has reached.It's definately a premium product and the price reflects that. There are also many other brands that are cheaper and offer similar for some compromize. but if you want something that manages itself with cleaning, this is it
