The bottle came with an external seal as well as a second seal under the cap. The expiration date is about 2.5 years in the future. As these 150 pills are a five month supply, it's plenty of time to run through them. The capsules are made of cellulose which makes the supplement vegan friendly. They're about average size for a capsule, neither noticeably large nor small. They also claim to follow cGMP practices, which is a good sign for production quality. There is no noticeable odor from the capsules. They do open fairly easily if you wish to take just the powder without the capsule itself.

Perfectly sealed, quality product!Looks good and no odor. The pills aren't too big, I don't think they would be hard to swallow at all.Not their fault, I didn't realize this is something I shouldn't take since I have Chron's disease.
