I’ve been a long time of Moringa. I used to drink it but the little pouches made the water look like swamp water and it tasted really weird. I then tried taking regular pills, but they tend to be very large and hard to swallow. I also doubt you get a lot of absorption from the heart pill forms.This solved all my problems. I like the fact that it’s liquid within a gel cap so I feel like you get better absorption. I also love the fact that doesn’t taste weird and I’m not chugging down a bottle of green water with way too much texture in it. This is simple and easy and gives you a good dose of moringa in addition to turmeric and ashwaganda, which are two of my other go to supplements.I’ve been taking it for a few weeks and I’m feeling very good because the form is so convenient that I actually take it every day. I feel like I have more energy and am just less rundown… brighter all over, and not dragging as badly during the day.Really good ingredient blend, easy to swallow gel, caps, and easily absorbable liquid. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my mood since adding this supplement. I feel calmer and less reactive to triggering things. Most likely due to the Ashwaganda.I’ve been reading up on Moringa and all the health benefits since starting this, and Oh Mylanta! If you haven’t read up on this supplement, you should! Not sure how I didn’t know about Moringa sooner. Definitely happy to find a new supplement packed full of antioxidants that is overall beneficial to my health. This a wonderful multi supplement to add to your vitamin intake.The only thing to be aware of, is that Moringa has been shown to have laxative effects.This is the only side effect I've experienced after about a week/ week and a half in of taking the recommended 2 caps daily dose. No cramping or sour stomach issues along with this, just more bathroom trips... Just be aware that if you're not someone who does not have issues with regularity, you may be using the restroom more than you'd like.Because of this, I have decided not to take them daily going forward. I'm still going to incorporate them here and there, because of the health benefits they provide and the noticeable difference I felt.

I got this to add to my daily vitamin routine. An older guy at work kept talking about moringa, so finally had to get some. I take it in the mornings before work and gym to put a little extra pep in my step. It does seem to help with energy, or maybe it's just a placebo effect. Either way, as long as it works. No side effects or anything, so that's good.
