This is a “mini” walking treadmill. Great for walking and doesn’t take up much space. It has wheels in the front so it came be moved easily. Comes with the remote. The LED display screen gives you the time, distance, calories, and speed. This does not have anything to hang onto because it is made for walking (using your own desk if you choose to use it that way. This has a 265lb weight capacity. I like that it is smaller and lightweight so that I can move/store it easily. I am 155lbs and 5’6” tall

After retirement I became sedentary. I became weak and short of breath with light activity. I live in a hot climate and there are no more indoor malls in my area. I don’t want to join a gym. I got honest with myself and knew I needed exercise. Nothing extreme. Just to get up off my butt and move.This treadmill solved my problem. I can walk easily at whatever comfortable pace I want. Whenever I want. Privacy. Im in my living room with my TV, air conditioning, overhead fan, diet soda and all the comforts of home. My cat wonders what the heck I am doing. I feel much better now and highly recommend it. It’s well worth the money.

Packaged very well to keep it safe. There want a smell when you open the box, big plus. It's lightweight and the instructions on making it work are clear. It feels flexible as you walk in it, which could be good or bad. My only dislikes so far is, there's no mute button, so it will always beep loudly; and when you walk in it, it's fairly loud. Instructions on maintenance were not very clear, they kinda just threw a basic maintenance guidance on the page.
