Ever since I began using this “adjustable frequency generator,” I have noticed that I sleep much better at night. I wasn’t sure if this was really working so I stopped it for a few nights and experienced restless sleep so I returned to using it again, and my sleep improved. So much so that I purchased additional devices for family members experiencing the same sleep problems. I have started using it while doing other things that require focus, like reading, or word puzzles and I believe that it is helping with my concentration. For the price, it’s worth the investment. Oh, and I should mention that you do not hear it, it simple works.

I used this device every evening while meditating, hoping it might help with calmness or better sleep. After nearly three weeks, I can honestly say there's zero difference. There's no display or measurement to confirm what it's doing, so it's basically blind trust. For something advertised as both scientific and therapeutic, it feels like a very expensive placebo.

I could not tell you if this does anything or not. I can plug in a speaker and hear a tone, but it's no different than any tone generator app on your phone at that point. It does not do a range of frequencies just 1 solid tone. Not sure it was worth the money at all

I am fascinated by gadgets. I can't tell if this really helps me with pain but the literature says it may. So I will keep using it. The only negative I have is my concern that the USB micro socket may get worn out from inserting and removing the plug to turn it on and off. How hard would it have been to add a power switch.bSi I added one by using a very short USB mricro with a male plug and a female USB C female, into which I plug a short on-line switch. That will save wear on the unit power socket.

I bought this frequency generator hoping it would help me sleep better and relax during meditation. But I couldn’t hear any sounds at all, even when I tried different settings. My dog didn’t react to it either, which made me think it might be broken. I waited a few days to see if it would work, but nothing changed. I was really disappointed because I wanted something simple to help me relax.

I have issues sleeping and a friend of mine recommended this to me.It has the kind of industrial design that I like. And I can play with the frequencies as it's adjustable.I wish the white LED light can be turned off. It's an indicator of the frequency generator running but it can be distracting for sleep.
