I really like how these have vitamin D, zinc, and calcium in them. They are large but since they're rounded, they are not difficult to swallow, in my opinion. There isn't really much of a taste either luckily. I really like to take these for my PCOS. I have noticed my hormones being a little bit more stable and my unwanted facial hair becoming in a bit slower. I am hopeful the longer I keep taking them, my cycle will come back more consistently.

This is an impressive blend that I would recommend trying!There are a lot of these specific kind of supplements out, but this has some really particular things in it that help it to work and are also really good in conjunction with it.So this can do more than just balance your hormones. Although you do have to be careful because it has dim in it and I know personally that dim really has a big effect on my stomach. So do be careful of that.But these are really easy to swallow. They seem to be relatively effective and of good quality. There’s not much of a smell to them at all, and obviously not a taste. I think most people are worried about burping up some sort of weird smell, and that doesn’t happen with theseAgain, definitely worth giving it a try.
