Grooming facial hair is something I need to deal with, but not my favorite thing. As a result, having a nice kit to handle the process makes it more enjoyable. This set is very elegant and functional. Everything comes in a very giftable box with all the items well packaged to protect against damage. The mesh around the brush was a great touch as it protected the bristles from being bent or otherwise damaged.You get a chrome metal stand, a metal cream bowl, shaving cream brush and small tube of shaving cream. The process is fairly simple, use the directions to dispense the cream in the bowl, then use the brush to 'whip' the cream and apply it to your face. The stand holds the brush, over the bowl if you place it appropriately, and has a space to hold a razor as well. The stand is made to fit a more traditional reusable bladed razor but may fit some disposable razors as well. I do wish there was some accommodation for blades but understand there is a sizable variety in types of blades and shapes of their containers, so this is not easily done.All in all, this is a nice set to make beard grooming more enjoyable. Recommend as a gift or for yourself!

I ordered the Shaving Brushes Kit For Men, 4 In 1 Shaving Brush Set Includes Badger Hair Shaving Brush, Sandalwood Shaving Cream, Stainless Steel Shaving Bowl and Stand as I've taken a liking to wet shaving with a safety razor.This is an average to above average starter kit. The badger hair shaving brush seems to be of good quality, and works up a nice lather. The stainless steel shaving bowl is well made and does appear to be stainless steel. Should hold up well to frequent use.I question whether the shaving stand is really stainless steel though...it does appear to be chrome plated, and I'm not used to seeing stainless steel products of this type plated (typically carbon steel is plated). It is functional though, and my safety razors do fit.The sandalwood shaving cream has a pleasant smell to it. My partner is particularly sensitive to smells/odors, so I won't be trying this out...I'll make sure to gift it to a friend who I am trying to get to try wet shaving.All in all a good kit!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love everything about this! The packaging makes you feel like this is a quality item, and also would be perfect for gift giving. The kit elevates shaving prep to old world charm and elegance with a well-made, quality brush, and shave cream that smells great and foams nice and thick within the included stainless steel bowl. Add in a stand to hold the brush so bristles stay nice and straight, and this is such a cool item.

I absolutely adore and love this set. It comes with a great stand for hanging your brush for dry and your shaver. What I liked the most from this set is the shaving cream. The sandalwood smells so good that I am excited to apply this on my face every day.Brush is ok. Nothing too fancy - I have seen a better one but this one does the job. They feel durable. I certainly believe it’s a great value for money. Highly recommend.

Nice shaving kit, don't care for / need the included shaving cream, in fact, I would suggest as improvements:1. don't include the shaving cream and instead, include a stainless steel lipped cover (so it can evaporate moisture from the bowl after cleaning) keeping it dust free (yes, you could turn it over, but will have to wait till it dries, then you'll forget)2. Make the shaving brush handle stainless steel and with a removable brush, and include the nylon brush and the boars hair brush, it would be nice to have a choice once in awhile.The nylon brush top bristles are ultra soft and the strands are firm/stiff enough to apply shaving cream. The bowl is lightweight and nice. The shaving cream scent lasts, lasts too long in my opinion and I prefer to use my own, Nivea Ultra Sensitive.All-in-all, it's a nice set, and worth consideration.UPDATE: 5/28/2025Added two photos showing the shaving brush holder holding a Gillette razor and a Phillips Norelco OneBlade electric razor.

I like the tonhawness shaving kit because it is a complete and compact kit which includes a stand for the brush and razor, a steel bowl and shaving cream. It is easy to pack for travel.
