The taste is great and the texture is not so soft that it gets stuck in my dental work. After the first week I was surprised that the smell “down there” was gone post workout. After three weeks, I noticed that I no longer had the dryness that comes in the late forties. I just purchased two more months supply. I’m pretty to see where I am at 60 days.

So I have been taking these and I'm not sure honestly if they're really making much of a difference or not. They taste good and are little gummies. When they arrived though they were melted mostly and had to wait for them to cool off and thankfully they still had shape and just had to break them apart from each other but I'll update if there's any true things to notice and a difference.

I thought the pineapple flavoe, which seems to be getting popular around Bolo was just that, a flavor. And man is it good. It also doesn’t have added sugars. However, the pineapple flavor is more important than my desire for a good tasting gummy lol.Per Google, Pineapple fruit powder offers several potential health benefits, including improved digestion, boosted immunity, anti-inflammatory effects, and skin health support. I really like this product. The value for the money is good and they seem very effective. Will purchase again.

I take these for gut health and so far it's good. It really helped me with my #2s. It is still not as frequent as daily, but what I let out isn't as dehydrated as before.As for the other effects, I didn't notice any marked and immediate difference to pH and stuff because I don't have any pressing body concern in that area... but I didn't see any negatives either.Tastes wise it is very yummy, and gummy supplements are a treat to take. Love it.
