They give you amazing coverage -- complete confidence -- but are so thin and seamless, you'll forget you're even wearing them. I've worn them under my thinnest bras and even on their own for a completely natural, no-bra look!These are seriously a game-changer. Bonus: The packaging is thoughtful! I love that the box is perfect for storing them, and I keep the instruction card right inside so I always have it handy.Important tip: Don't throw away the plastic backing! You'll need it to protect the adhesive after each use. Speaking of which, these are REUSABLE, which is a huge money-saver. If they ever start to lose their stickiness, just wash them with warm water, give them a quick soak, and let them air dry. They'll be good as new! Highly recommend!

So i just got mine. These are just nipple covers. They do not provide any lift. They are sticky, not a cling grip, so it is uncomfortable to remove. I cant return, so I'll use them if I just need to be more discreet, but if you're looking for lift...look elsewhere.
