The taste is good. I take it plain and with my smoothie. 92 minerals which are essential to the human body. I don't need so many supplements when I can get most of the nutrients from this. Tastes like chemicals!! Terrible - I wrote the seller and they said seamoss tastes like that but I’ve had other seamoss and it does not taste like this - I ordered the pomegranate one. I will NOT be ordering from this company again!!!
