I have found my new sugar substitute! I've tried this powder and another brand's liquid & this is the one I have subscribed to. (BTW: Make sure to dig around for the scoop. It's in there, but I had a hard time finding it...PROS:+ It's affordable (compared to others - including the liquid one I tried)+ There is ZERO after taste. I am really sensitive to flavors & alluose is the only one I know of that is not bitter, cooling, offensively sweet if I get it on my hands, etc. The closest one to this was a combo sweetener that was fine until I had to inhale. Every time I took a breath for the next hour, there was a slight cooling sensation on my tongue and in my throat.+ This can be used as is or I can make a liquid with it. I like the powder for baking/cooking, and the liquid for adding to coffee and tea.+ The bag seals up well.+ There is a little scoop included - but I had to dig, dig, dig to find it! LOL+ I did not experience any stomach issues, even though I added some to my coffee and tea all day, every day for about a week.+ GMO-free - which is very important to me.+ If this isn't as sweet as I'd like - esp with my coffee -I can add just a pinch of brown sugar & that does it for me.CONS:- This is much finer than expected. I thought it would be crystals/granules. It is very much like powdered sugar. I have to be careful when measuring it out.- I do have to be careful not to overuse this. I have CKD stage 3b & allulose is (mostly) not metabolized & is excreted through urine. This could add a bit more strain to my kidneys, so I just limit my intake. Allulose is safer for my kidneys than sugar.- I have to use a little more than I'd like to get my sweet kick.- It is not as sweet as sugar. Some people say that it is 70% as sweet as sugar. I think it's more like 60% based on what I need to use.- The bag is a bit of waste. It is 2lbs of product, but there is a lot of settling. It could be in a bag half the size,Overall, I am SO happy I found this because it helps me cut down on or, in some cases, cut OUT - sugar. I keep half the bag as is, and make a liquid with the other half.

As a Type II diabetic, this stuff is essential for maintaining a healthy blood glucose level, which does not budge if I consume it with unsweetened tea, for example.

Really doesn’t add any sweetness. I use it in my coffee, trying to eliminate fufu cream. Started eating a carnivore diet and thought this would help. It hasn’t really adversely affected my metabolism due to using quite a bit of it. It just doesn’t fix the cofffee bitterness. Item was received in good condition, within appropriate time.

This is pure Allulose which is a sugar alternative with absolutely no aftertaste. Allulose is expensive, and this large bag is cheaper per ounce than most.

I've got good and bad things to say so I'll start with the good first. Item arrived quickly, packaging is great, and I really like the resealable bag it comes in and how sturdy it is so I don't have to worry about it tearing or ripping when pulling it out of the cabinet. Also, the taste is almost exactly like sugar. A little less sweet but no weird after taste.The bad part is that after two cups of coffee with less than a tsp in each cup, running to the bathroom was a necessity. Stomach bloating, grumbling, and then I'll spare you the rest of the details. I thought, well maybe it was the eggs I ate lol. So after a glass of sweet tea with lunch, the exact same thing happened. The only thing I had the same at lunch as breakfast was the allulose in my drinks. And just because I like to torture myself, I tried again at dinner, and again, a running trip to the bathroom was necessary. I'm sure it's a great product, but it didn't sit well with me at all. Normally I wouldn't even say anything but I noticed there were no other reviews mentioning this issue, so maybe I'm the only one. Who knows? But just wanted to give everyone a heads up in case you have a sensitive digestive system like I do. I wish Bolo let people comment under reviews because I'm wondering if this is something that goes away after a few days use. And googling didn't help much. I'm just not that much of a glutton for punishment.

I had not. This is just powder like any of the others.
