As far as I can tell these are good quality and I didn't notice any bad effects from taking them. Did it work, did it help me? I feel like it did, I feel more energetic after taking it. But you really need to try for yourself to decide if it works for you.

I can't tell you if this supplement is right for you or if it will even improve my overall health because I'm not a doctor so it's not anything I can comment on. However, the listed natural ingredients in this product have shown scientific improvements in people's overall health. It's better to take it and experience nothing on the chance that you're increasing your health. I take these with my other supplements and I haven't had any bad reaction. I should note I am pre-diabetic and have PCOS so I do take other medicines that treat those things. If you have any concern about these supplements you should always ask your doctor first.

I thought I might like this - it's essential Berberine and common accompaniments and not unnecessary vitamins I'm already taking. Can't really taste it once its diluted in water. 3 big strikes against it:1) it doesn't say where it's made, so I'm not keen to utilize mystery supplements2) the dropper in the one I tested couldn't draw up much at once, so I had to fill it up 3 times to get one serving3) I really prefer pills or capsules with my travel, so a glass bottle and a glass dropper won't work for me at all

It comes in a sturdy, Amber glass bottle with a dropper top that helps easily distribute the product. I tasted it on its own, but it was very bitter so I prefer to add it to my hot coffee and teas in the morning before I eat breakfast. I didn’t experience any negative side effects or tummy issues after consuming it. The value is definitely there for the amount of bottles you receive, so this should last me quite a while. With any supplements I never really notice a difference, but I know for sure the ingredients listed are definitely worth taking on a daily basis.

Love that it came in a 2 pack, and the ingredients are great. I do not take it regularly, but when I do, I take a smaller dose and early in day. For some reason it keeps me awake . Apparently I don't need extra energy! The taste is not nearly as bitter as I would have expected so I place under tongue and hold for absorption, followed by a beverage.If you are sensitive to supplements and herbs, maybe start at a lower dose and titrate up.
